@Vollhov yes the sector had to be completely moved to Pioneer space, every update will be on that mod from now on, I can't keep updating 30+ mods for every map change that Egosoft does

Is it fixed in this separate mod? I can't use that (Add More Sectors) mod because it interferes with other sector mods.

The gate you used in Argon Prime now works with the new sector from the Timeline. Your sector overlaps the sector from the Timeline.

@Vollhov Many of my sector mods won't be 7.0 compatible bc they added new sectors, they are using this gate for one of the new sectors I believe, It will be updated for the live release of 7.0

I think the main issue I'm having is trying to figure out what the existing sectors are ID'd as so I can add to them on the galaxy file.

@Cy Doing gate connections is a pain especially your first time, just unpack this mod and look at what I did pretty much, your likely missing something small

Thought I'd reach out because I'm trying to make my own sector mod and the documentation for this game is zero to none. I'm using the Universe Creation guide that's on Github, but stuck at the part where I add gates to existing sectors to connect mine. Any advice?

Have you checked it in-game? Because it's not quite what's happening, with the sector encyclopedia page listing about 11k Methane (not 11000k, just 11k), and the whole sector only having a small dust cloud in the middle with the methane. While it does have more than Hatikvah's choice, it's still an absolutely piddling amount, specially compared to somewhere like Watchful Gaze or the Void (just make sure you're OOS so your miners don't blow up), which both have a bit over 7 thousand thousand. Segaris, with nearly 600k, and so forth.

Overall, 11k simply doesn't make an economic difference.

Now, again, that's not really a problem. It's just feels a bit weird for a system that is described as being rich in Methane having barely a small puddle of the stuff. Very rich in Ore and Silicon though, with a massive asteroid field across the whole sector, and about 40000k listed of each.

@Felius High also respawns twice as slow as medium but has increased 400% Harvesting Speed and increased initial amounts

@Felius It's rated "High" for yield which is the 2nd highest I can set it too and its resource density is on par with Hatikvah's choice, it's not meant to be an overpowered source of methane rather a backup for the Argon

A question: It seems that in-game, there's very little methane on the system, unlike the description. Is that intentional, or is it just something that got overlooked? As it stands, even a single M class miner can pretty deplete the system out of methane, with the generation of more of it not keeping up.

You're doing a nice work modding this game lately! Sorry to throw this on you, but I'm looking for a small mod since the game was launched and nobody was able to do it during all this time, maybe you can help me or get inspiration for a new mod.
I'd love a context option for my ships to shuffle the crew members, putting males as marines and females as service personnel. Crew management is terrible in this game, you can't even make multi-selections. Do you think this may be feasible and/or useful for someone else?
