After you have landed, just approach the guy that looks like a commander standing by the door to the control bridge. That will trigger the next mission.
The RTB task is only for guidance, no need to make it get completed. After you got the next mission, the RTB task is deleted.

"Rolling Thunder" is one of my first attempts to do a scenario, so unfortunetely there are probably plenty of bugs like this.
I will playtest it tonight to see whats going on.

@Wolfowitz sorry for the late answear. Yes I did but it only rearmed the jet and the task RTB was not accomplished and my jet was still stuck. Even with the "skip" landing and getting close to him with the jet didn't do anything

Hello, I was playing your scenario idk if you're still active but I'm stuck at the 1st RTB. I managed to sucessfully land on the aircrafter carrier after 20 attempts (I suck at CV laning) but it got stuck on the landing wires, I couldn't move it. So I reloaded a save and I skipped it. however when I did that, I rearmed the plane and nothing happend. I couldn't pass the RTB task. I hope it's not a bug and that you can answear. thanks in advance for any answear :) .

Sorry, must have screwed the previous fix up. It should now work. In case the gun boat get stuck, it will blowup anyway after a while.
Also, I discovered mission 5 (mining the river) is not compatible with S.O.G AI, when spawning as viet civ, the other civilians kill you, if S.O.G AI is enabled.

(SACTAC Vietnam) if you like vietnam air combat. It´s much better than this one.

Hi, i have the same bug at mining river, 2 samoa boats went without trouble, and the gun boat i saw it at the curve, it hit the rock and reversed and did nothing after that

An issue with the 5th mission is now fixed: The NVA boat is now following waypoints, allowing mission progress

"Lassi" I have updated the mission (5th mission, minig the river). Having dropped the bombs should now result in mission success, also after the temporary transition to village VC close to the river.

"Lassi" after mining the river, a NVA gunboat and a second boat should arrive on the river which should detonate the mines. Does that happen for you? I suspect there is a bug here, involving the boats not being able to follow their waypoints further down the river... I will check

There seems to be an issue with the fourth mission where you have to mine the water opening. After I do that, I transfer to play a Vietnamese guy but nothing happens during that even after waiting with 4x speed for a while. I tried the mission twice with the same result? I'm playing with the performance build offered by Bohemia so not sure if that has something to do with it.

after the first mission I landed on the carrier but I still have the RTB tasked, so I can't get to the second one. Any solution ?

"FusedPond333067" You need the required mods/items and required DLCs listed on the right side of this page to play this. You probably don´t have one or more of them installed. Check your mods and dlcs in the Arma 3 Launcher

clicking the play button does nothing, i also get a popup about needing a vietnam weapon dlc. Do you know what the issue might be?
