Essentially 'hard' 'aggressive' versions of their vanilla set personalities. Dwarfs are still defensive but are set to the 'hard' version of defensive + grudge holding.
Also I've set all (non-default budget races) to have militaristic budget policy and construction policy.

Effects should be immediate (1-2) turns. At most should take no longer than 5 turns to show results
This fix has been applied to my (Light, Normal, Hard, and Hardest) difficulty mods. This mod only deals with personalities thus does not need to be altered/updated
Either way its safe overwrites
