Glad to hear you're having a more enjoyable experience lol - AI are also 'smarter' with Hecleas's mod, so they are to some degree risk averse. They should be less suicidal compared to vanilla

You say that...but...this is actually really helped! And also with Hercules mod as well AI are actually being pesky fuckers again which is GOOD. They are trying to take advantage. I still wish they'd go for province capitals a BIT more but for now...this seems like it's working better!

@krakeneous If you're wanting that I recommend also subbing to a difficulty mod that gives cheats to the AI or turn the game difficulty up, especially if you're wanting to be attacked with stacks of enemy armies lol

Curious Zach...I'll give this a go. I want to be fucking ATTACKED with stacks of enemy armies at my main settlement that has a garrison and an army in it so I can have proper good siege battles! Genuinely can't remember when I had a proper good defensive siege battle...crazy.

That's awesome. I've found that many overhauls of the AI lose this aspect of the factions which is such a core element for immersion when you're dealing with different LL's. I've subbed. Thanks!

They are based on their in-game set personalities. For example skaven are opportunists, I set them to be hard aggressive opportunists.

Essentially 'hard' 'aggressive' versions of their vanilla set personalities. Dwarfs are still defensive but are set to the 'hard' version of defensive + grudge holding.

Also I've set all (non-default budget races) to have militaristic budget policy and construction policy.

Yep - at least partially. Also would affect AI behavior on the campaign map in terms of how they act. This + Hecleas's AI overhaul make a nice combo. I don't touch areas that Hecleas does as he is far more knowledged with the nuances of AI behavior beyond AI personalities

This mod, including my difficulty mods to be used in tandem are all compatible with Hecleas's AI mods. There is only one little overwrite dealing with AI budgeting in my difficulty mods and Hecleas's "Better Economic & Military Management AI" and it is nothing to be concerned about.

You mention Hecleas's Ultra Aggressive AI mod being compatible. Are the rest of his mods compatible with this mod and your difficulty mods? Or are most of them incompatible?

Corrected AI "Blobbing" where they would idle at settlements/capitals and do nothing else

Effects should be immediate (1-2) turns. At most should take no longer than 5 turns to show results


This fix has been applied to my (Light, Normal, Hard, and Hardest) difficulty mods. This mod only deals with personalities thus does not need to be altered/updated

Not a bother at all! This mod does not make any changes to AI recruitment/army compositions. I was unable to find a mod with the name of "AI Recruitment MOD". My only mods that alter AI recruitment would be my four difficulty mods, of which they would be 'incompatible' with other AI army recruitment composition mods. Wouldn't be game breaking, depends on the conflicting mod tbh, mine would likely overwrite any others

Hi , sorry for bother you , can your mod play with like AI Recruitment & Army Compositions MOD ? seem like AI Recruitment MOD "Reduced chance of heroes being in any given army" , but you MOD is "Ai recruits more heroes and embeds them into armies "

Those are script based mods so I believe they take priority so you can still use both Jadawin's, Unnatural selection, and mine without issue. It is preferable anyway for it to be this way so you can fine tune your experience further

Hi , thank your mod , but I want to ask what will happen which open your MOD with Jadawin's Dynamic Difficulty - Adaptive AI Bonuses / Unnatural Selection Ultimate ? those MOD change the faction potential .
