Currently Broken: Will not load despite Dwarven, High Elf, and Orgre Civs working fine. (However, I noticed it and Brit needed to be in the game, or loading a game using the bypass for modded multiplayer breaks.)

@RSJ-87 I play with happiness off these days. If I could see a version of this mod with a different (still warlike) ability not based on happiness, I would be a happy man (pun intended). If not, I'll just have to bite the bullet and either turn happiness back on, or ignore the ability entirely. I mean, it's worth it just to play as the literal Empire of Man against a map full of anime thots. Cheers.

to make real warhammer mod it must be total conversation. Or just turn off science etc. otherwise its not true warhammer >> btw ths faction looks good

perhaps instead of the warrior priests add halberdiers that replace pikemen and are basically landcheknights that are produced instead of bought

Ghandi only becomes a warmonger at a specific point in the game, when the AI's aggresiveness goes downward. However, due to an overlooked Ghandi aggresiveness level (as in 2), once it gets to 0 it instead goes to the maximum number because a 0 is not allowed.

@Reaper0777: there are probably a few more UUs I could add, but I don't want to cause any balance problems with the other civs (Greatswords are deliberately barely any stronger than Longswordsmen so that Empire don't get a third powerful UU).

@Gamer Luna: you have to edit the CIV5PKG file to enable mods with multiplayer. If you haven't done this, then yes, it's normal for any mod to not work in multiplayer. I know a couple of guys who have managed to play multiplayer with my Warhammer mods, so it can be done. Here's a guide: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=519066 . If you follow these steps and are still struggling, that's unusual.

Add more unique units, like the demigryph knights and the great general should be replace with balthazarghelt or franz himself on deathclaw, total war warhammer came out a week ago, im excited

@Corvus-Evrant: thematically and in terms of gameplay mechanics for this mod, LIberty or Honor are probably your best openers. After that, focus on happiness and economics to support a big army with many Golden Ages, so Aesthetics, Commerce and maybe Exploration.

@bahzell: sounds like a content compatibility problem. Do you have the Empires of the Smoky Skies scenario? The Empire civ needs it for the Steam Tank model.

for some reason i cant get your mod to run i have used the link and downloaded it and put it in my mods folder but it dont show up in my mods to use. All the other races work just fine.

@KaijuJaegar19: short answer: probably.

Longer answer: I haven't built them with compatibility for other mods in mind, so it depends what aspects of the game other mods change. RED is a skin replacer and model rescaler, so I would assume it adds new skins to the base civs (which shouldn't pose a compatibility issue). If it tries to rescale ALL infantry/cavalry/tank etc models by applying code across the game (rather than to specific civs), then that might cause a conflict. Probably best to try it and see, and let me know of any issues. Make sure you only have RED and one of my civs enabled - Empire is probably best since it has a custom infantry unit. If you wanted to be really thorough, you could test RED against each of my civs in turn :-)

@Tio Patacas: all civs other than Chaos now have at least one custom model. I use them where suitable models exist, and I have to admit that Chaos could do with an update. I'll see what I can do.

@Borosev: the direct download link above should send you straight to the Empire civ folder on Dropbox. Just copy the folder and paste it into your Civ 5 mods folder (default root: My Games > Sid Meier's Civilization V > MODS) and play the game. I don't see where you're having trouble; if I've misunderstood your problem please clarify.

@⺈ĐꚆѓøčĶ῭Ǭج৴.: Since WPs can be produced normally (ie, not with Faith), it'd unbalance the system if they could spread religion twice, which would almost put them on a level with Missionaries. I might raise their strength to 500 or something, but I'll wait to hear what others have to say first.

On the Steam Tank, sorry if I'm missing something, but it looks like you're showing me a mod that adds a weaker ironclad, at a later technology, and asking me to *strengthen* mine. If you consider his mod balanced, that's an argument to weaken the Steam Tank. They're 6 strength more than Cavalry, with none of Cavalry's downsides. That's huge; they're powerful enough.

GS are mainly included for the look. Raising their strength by 2 would give them 4 more than the Longswordsman, whose strength is 21 IIRC, meaning the Empire gets a third UU that's 20% stronger than their rivals' equivalent. That, again, seems unbalanced.

I too have been able to use warrior priests as a completely different civ, even when the Empire isn't even in the game (but the Mod is active)

Warrior Priests don't seem to be actually unique to the Empire - I was playing a game as Germany with the Empire as my rival and noticed that I could faith-purchase Warrior Priests as well.

@Shangrillama - Civilisation is spelled with an S if you use British or international English. I believe the mod author is entitled to spell it as he / she wishes. With that "tiny little issue" out of the way you can enjoy the mod in its entirety.

Looks great and seems like a good Civ to play as but there is one tiny little issue that just bugs ,e way too much about this....Civilization is spelled with a Z not an S im sure any other grammar police like me will understand my dilemma.
