Just unlucky i guess. If you reeeealy want to, you can just use sub-editor to check artifacts, most have rp descriptions of what they can do.
Ill try to have some kind of list of artifacts and what they do, up in few days.
Seems to be base game issue then, ill try to fix it on my end, try to reproduce this error and file a bug repport for it.
And are new artifacts from this mod appear?
That is the mod collection I am using currently. Recently removed barotraumatic and its derivatives due to some performance issues on server. Havent gotten an artifact mission to test since, but had about 3 instances where artifact wouldn't spawn.
Sometimes we would lose the round, reload, and go back to the artifact and it would spawn that time but was mostly RNG if it would show up in the correct spot or not. Thanks for the reply.
There is nothing in this mod that would cause that behavior.
Please post your modlist for me to see in Issues discussion if there arent any mod conflicts.
Some of them are more deadly than others, some are deadly to entire crew, some only to you.
Can you specify what artifacts should be buffed and how much?

Thanks a lot for update of this great mod and especially for this fix!
Also f the author he couldn't be arsed to fix his mod for years to remove randomevents.xml which made it incompatible with ton of other mods, so never delete this version of mod!!
idk what WorldEvents is, but all incompatibilities were fixed
Should be 100% compatible!
Just in case i recomend putting it above AOCS
