1.6 when :sob:
ephemeraltoast 11 Jul @ 3:20pm
I'd love to see (ho ho) an update to 1.6! This mod makes it tolerable to lose an eye pre-bionics.

How do i install eyepatches, and where do i make them???
lexcpa324 1 Feb @ 2:06pm
This is a great mod, but I never see any NPCs using these sadly, i have never seen an outlander rocking an eyepatch or a glass eye, which is pretty sad

Just as @NyxJen said Epoe-forked, dog said 2 and this mod installed together breaks animals operations tab. Needs to be patched

Created a patch for the anesthetic issue until it is resolved mod-side.

@Zaljerem, I can confirm what @Inglix said. Simply adding "<anesthetize>false</anesthetize>" into the individual RecipeDefs in the BodyParts_prosthetic.XML file disables the needless anesthetization.
Inglix 21 Oct, 2024 @ 4:46am
@Zaljerem There's an "anesthetize" boolean field on RecipeDef which defaults to true. I think if you explicitly set it as false on the recipes for installing eye patches it should allow them to be installed without anesthetic.
NyxJen 9 Sep, 2024 @ 8:44am
*Correction. This only happens when Epoe-forked is also installed. Likely due to the patch removing the hediffs
NyxJen 9 Sep, 2024 @ 8:36am
There seems to be a conflict with the Golden eye with a Dog Says 2. 3 red error messages that say :

Could not resolve cross-reference: No Verse.HediffDef named GoldenEye found to give to Verse.RecipeDef InstallGoldenEyeAnimal

No other issues as far as I can tell.
Zergologist 23 Aug, 2024 @ 9:06am
This has an issue preventing you from install the non-prosthetic parts in empty eyes, which is a shame considering that's why you'd want them in the first place.
FoolishJester 14 Aug, 2024 @ 10:09am
royal eye is like way too high on head, not gamebreaking but looks silly
tinfoil hat bird 9 Aug, 2024 @ 5:16am
Does this mod also add glass eyes? and if so is it possible to give them different coloured glass eyes
Doctor Worm 28 Jul, 2024 @ 3:00pm
Thanks for this! This has some very nice options that I can't find in other prosthetics mods - was wondering if its possible to turn off specific prosthetics though? Between mods I have some redundancy for "glass eyes"
steel 15 May, 2024 @ 5:14pm
thank you so much
Zaljerem  [author] 15 May, 2024 @ 5:13pm

1.5?
Andrew 29 Mar, 2024 @ 8:06pm
When you cant even say! My name! has the memory gone? Are you feelin' numb?
A New Player 14 Mar, 2024 @ 5:56pm
Hey, the option to install the light receptor requires the "Prosthetics" research. The option is simply not available without it.
Zaljerem  [author] 14 Mar, 2024 @ 1:27am
Appreciate the feedback, I will be updating this for 1.5 and I will remove the research requirement.
Luv N Hugz |UwU| 13 Mar, 2024 @ 8:31pm
Obviously as the mod developer/continuer it is your choice what you do, but in vanilla Rimworld part installation surgeries don't require research, as far as I could tell. This makes the royal eye requiring research quite strange, so for consistency it would make sense to change this. But again, as the developer it's your choice what you do.
Simbach Vazo 8 Feb, 2024 @ 1:02pm
@robotcat99 genius joke right there
robotcat99 7 Feb, 2024 @ 1:48pm
It's funny that you could have called this mod the eye patch
Zaljerem  [author] 23 Dec, 2023 @ 8:44am
Thanks for the report, I just pushed an update.
Reel 23 Dec, 2023 @ 8:31am
Just a heads up btw the Royalty prosthetic needs to have a GraphicScale of 0.2
Doctor Pink the Loveable Doctor 10 Nov, 2023 @ 10:01pm
does this work with the facial animations mod?
FoolishJester 19 Aug, 2023 @ 11:01pm
could you make it so they can be put over a pawn with a shot out or cut out eye
Mamode 12 Aug, 2023 @ 3:24am
some of these look odd with facial animations, could you add an option to disable the textures for some of the bionics?
Forgan_Meeman 13 Jul, 2023 @ 5:00pm
It is a conflict with choose your own medicine mod. It prevents surgeries. Are there plans for compatibility patch?
Forgan_Meeman 13 Jul, 2023 @ 4:30pm
Anyone else getting the One of the folllowing mods is caused an error while creating this menu?
Zaljerem  [author] 26 Jun, 2023 @ 9:35am
The Royal Eye is currently locked behind Royalty DLC. I don't actually see a reason in its code why it should be, so I will probably update that soon.
V∆ŁĶẎŘĒΞ 26 Jun, 2023 @ 9:25am
how to install a royal eye, I have a prosthesis, but when choosing a pawn in the health section and choosing an operation, it is not there, there is no installation point for the royal eye, the rest of the functionality of the mod works, I tried to restart the game, checked the areas, everything is available, there is no item:steamfacepalm:
Winter 24 May, 2023 @ 1:07am
Thanks. It always bothered me how applying an eye patch fails.
SunGod 14 May, 2023 @ 5:46am
Huzzah for the mod resurrection.
parsleypunk 11 May, 2023 @ 1:10pm
yay! I love the original mod and was heartbroken when it didn't get updated, thank you so much <3
manguyman 10 May, 2023 @ 7:10am
tears streamed down my eyes when i saw this updated, i cry in the stead of my colonist john peg pones (no correlation to john paul jones) who had both his tear glands (along with all of the other bits) crushed and brutally mutilated in an unlisted and completely non-work related injury, i'm sure he'll be able to waddle with peg legs happy knowing that his drip is boundless with TWO eye patches on!
Con 9 May, 2023 @ 10:06pm
