This mod sorely requires rebalancing of leader cap given by some ascention perks. As a rule of thumb, ascention perks should double the amount of leader cap bonus they provide, if they provide any.

The mod has been updated. I checked that it works in 3.10. Although the mod started adding 3 times more leaders than before due to the fact that there used to be a single limit for all leader classes.

Просьба обновить, см. предыдущий коммент, и кажется от этого мода мне надо ждать 2,5 года чтобы нанять лидеров, со старта лидеров нет, включая учёных - не могу исследовать галактику.

Мод (как минимум в моей сборке) ведет к крашу игр, начатых до 3.10 при условии, если на один сектор приходится более одного губера. Увольнение лишних губеров не снимая с паузы - позволяет избежать краша

By the way, I'm just finishing up a mod that expands the game for explorers. It will be possible to explore the star systems more than once. Explorers can come in handy even in the late game.

@snky благодарю, но наша любимая игра, не про баланс(нет), но все же как по мне парадохи перегнули с лимитом, в больших империях, если не в огромных, должно быть много ‘лидеров’. Все в 1,5 сектора не засунешь, вместимость флота в 3к кораблей в один флот не засунешь и тд.

@CreasedTails[FotR], сознательно было сделан лимит технологий на лидеров, чтобы было менее имбово. +9 лидеров в текущем патче, это уже дофига, некоторые даже Lite версию этого мода попросили, где всего +4 лидера.

Но если хочется повторяемых технологий, то можно поставить ещё этот мод:

Он полностью совместим.

The mod must be compatible with 3.8.3.

I mistakenly specified, in the mod descriptor such an entry:
"supported_version="3.8.2".

Although, in the case of this mod, I could have specified.
supported_version="3.8.*"

absolutely awesome. Playing a wide empire on a large galaxy (my preferred game, especially for re-learning how to play after a time away) without being able to hire more governors (or admirals/generals during wartime) was absolute murder on my soul. Your council alone demands 6 leaders, and you can't neglect the macro level at all. But depending on your civics, their classes may not match up well with what you want on the micro level...

and yeah, there are traditions to expand the limit, but with so many new trees over the last few DLC, and no new slots... heck, we recently freed up a perk by making your ascension path a tree... those are more contested than ever before. I really think they need to rebalance that by maybe cutting the unity cost, increasing the number of trees we get, and making each tree give half a perk.

It's a good idea. But if every little mod at the beginning of the game will display a settings window, players may be annoyed by this. Perhaps it makes sense to do this as a separate mod. I'll try to do it this way.

I use it but it feels a bit like cheating.
I would love to have a 1 time normal tech, 1 rare one and maybe 3 repeatable level ones.

/It would be awesome to have a mod configuration for it or a popup at game start.
