Just wanted to pop in and say thanks for this mod. After reaching the "losing" point in the Guardian scenario (no more research available, Hope not at Int 10), this made it so I didn't have to restart completely over.

I have been using the mod since I created it and have yet to ever go all the way to the maximum number of General research projects that I set up.

The time required to get through all of them is many years of game time.
