Well in past me's defense, he didn't know this whole More Biotech Genes was going to become a thing. Well, here I am to correct past mistakes, and as long as nobody says a thing nobody will know about my naivete. Wait a minute....
I'll take a look at the genes list to see if there's any that I could add. I initially made this mod because I was personally bothered by the lack of variety, so I didn't really think of looking at the other genes before now.
You could look at this page:
https://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/Genes
and just expand the range.
Very unhappy? Severely unhappy, extremely unhappy.
Slow runner? Very slow runner.
Heat weakness? Heat super-weakness.
UV sensitivity? UV stimulus.
Kind instinct? Abrasive instinct.
Slow study? Very slow study.
Nearsighted? Eagle-eyed.
Dark vision? ...darkblind?
Psychite resistant? Psychite tendency.
Super psy-sensitive? Severely psy-sensitive. (could start coming with downsides)
Slow wound healing? Very slow wound healing.

Infinite cell stability:
Biologically immortal, whatever causes cancer instead just increases healing rates, completely immune to disease.
jk
Thanks again and good work.
@The Blind One I did consider increasing complexity, but I figured that if the dev didn't do that for the instabilities, then it'd be more fair to follow the same pattern for the stability genes.
Regarding the mod, you may want to increase the complexity for the higher tier genes so there's at least some balance to the genes but I completely understand if you're not interested in that and that it isn't the goal of this mod.
Could you tell me what each of these three genes actually mechanically do? I'd prefer not to have to install them just so I can mouse over, considering my extra long mod list. :P
@sharkcrisp because by that point age truly is just a number. With the increased immunity rate combined with any other immunity bonuses, most pawns resist diseases faster than they progress, and cancer might as well not be progressing at 10% speed.
One other thing I came up with as well was making it possible to allow the gene assembler to make genes for a very large amount of pawn labor investment. I mean where do genes come from other then by a scientist carefully working the DNA threads and assembling the code by themselves over an extended time. It would still be vastly faster just ripping them from pawns as-is but it would also be interesting to allow pawns to code the genes themselves, allowing you to create the genes you 'really' want without needing to scavenge for them. Not sure if you're interested in such an idea but I thought I'd throw it out there.
Longer lifespan, yass
