If you increase your action speed to fast mode and use the crowbar in this mode to unlock the door, the sound of burning wood will repeat infinitely. Note, I spent countless hours figuring this out.

no but it saves you disassembling doors or shatter windows. it's very helpful to get into locked cars, especially if you intend to hotwire them

Figured out my problem. I was using this mod for a server of mine and whenever you set up a server there are two sections dedicated to mods. First one is "mods" where you should add the mods you want to use on your server. Second one is "workshop mods" where you have to actually SELECT them in order for them to work. I forgot to activate the mods in the first section so that's why it wasn't working.

Honestly I've ALWAYS felt that the Crowbar would be one of the top tier Zed Weapons always. As it would be a solid weapon, no breakable "parts", minimal maintenance, AND it would be VERY useful for getting into places and things in the end times! Yet in every movie, game or story it is always the FireAxe as the MAIN weapons. Crowbars for the Win!

Yet since I played like 8 years ago (not played for a long time) it has always frustrated me that the Crowbar DOES NOT work like a crowbar! Heck, I'm one to feel it should have a stealth kill animation as well as you could easily get a head stabbing shot with it on an unsuspecting zed!
