@PinhaT I did end up figuring out that it was some kind of mod that was conflicting with the Centari mod. I don't quite know which one but once I took them all out and only left your mod in I was able to get the event to trigger. I believe it was probably another event mod that was conflicting with it. I put my other mods back into the game after triggering the event and everything seems to be running smoothly so far.

@TrowaTheWildfire It should be possible, but I just haven't given it any thought. I'm currently working on other content for the mod so it might not be something that happens soon if I do decide to add it. But it would be a a neat idea, so I'll keep it in mind for the future.

Is it possible to get Stampede to trigger on kill bonuses like Rogue or Untouchable? Or is the coding behind that not in the realm of feasibility? The mod is great regardless!

@Le Biscuitussy Alright. I've been checking and I can't find an issue with the mod not triggering. Perhaps it is another mod interfering? But I'm unsure. I'll try to look into this further. Have you tried testing a run with just my mod active? Try a run with my mod alone and see if the trigger still doesn't happen after a few tries and let me know.

@PinhaT this my first time using the mod and it hasn't worked yet, however I do use a couple other mods as well so I may try and deactivate those and test it out in a different campaign to if one of them conflicts with this mod.

@Le Biscuitussy Hmm, that's unusual. Can you tell me more about the issue? Was it working before and it stopped or was this your first time using the mod and it doesn't work?

@PinhaR Yes I'm only using one hero to scout the non-hostile tile. I assume by non hostile you mean like no infestation tiles and ones that don't require you to defend or attack on. And yes my game is in English, but I'll just keep on trying to see if it will trigger

@Le Biscuitussy It should be relatively easy if the conditions I've set are met. Are you exploring with a sole hero on a non-hostile tile? There are a handful of other events that can play out with those conditions but mine should have slightly higher priority than those and nothing else should be stopping it. Also I just found out from one other user just below your question that if you're playing on another language other than English the mod doesn't appear. Is your game set to English?

@PinhaT thanks for the quick response and that makes sense that they would be set as forbidden. One last question, how many times should I reload to actually get the centari event to trigger? I've reloaded my save for my human Male warrior about 15ish times and still haven't gotten it to trigger.

@Le Biscuitussy No, the themes are set as forbidden with each other so they wouldn't be possible to set at all. But I am still working on theme compatibility for a future patch so bear with me for some time and I'll have an update for that. Thanks for asking.

question even though not compatible can you still trigger other themes like flametouch while being a centaur? Or could you be a different theme and still trigger the centauri theme event?

@francis Ah. I see. I'm not aware that the mod only triggers when the language is set to English. That's interesting to note. I'll look into that, though as I told another user below, if you or anyone wants to make a translation mod for whatever language, you have my permission so long as you credit me as the original creator of the mod. And if you run into further issues with the mod, let me know.

@francis, also do you have my mod activated in your game? Perhaps the mod is unchecked in the mod list for your campaign?

@francis Hmm, there should be no issue with the triggers, or none that I've seen or heard recently. Did you send a lone hero to a non-hostile tile to scout? It has to be non-hostile (no vines). Or are you saying that no event triggers at all under those conditions? there may be an underlying issue beyond my mod if so.

There are other base game events that can trigger under those conditions, so it's not 100% always going to be the Centauri event, but it's pretty much likely to happen; it's like, one of 6 encounters that trigger that way. Also the mod has been expanded to other classes/genders so you're no longer locked to just warriors for the theme.

unable to trigger, i tried serval times, scouting a area with single worrior , it triggers one event that have nothing to do with this mod, and after i reload the save, and trigger again, it triggers nothing at all

New update today everyone! Main features are added access for F&M Mystics, M Warriors getting bulkier legs, Adding the missing sash augments for M Hunters, some asset touch-ups, and Unique 2-handed weapon grips for F&M Mystics and F Warriors. Had to postpone the extra themeSkins that I planned for to get them up to par along with other new content I wanted to drop this patch. Stay tuned for them in later updates.

I know this might be disappointing, but the content for this mod is coming out soon ™. I just don't want to make the mistake again of giving another definitive time and missing it. Though it really shouldn't take longer than a week (I've said that before too...), my energy or rather, lack there of after my work could affect that. So I'd say it's safe just to be on the look out, and I'll make sure to update the mod's description when the update drops. Sorry for the further delay and thanks again for enjoying my mod!

Hey everyone, PinhaT here. Well it's the first and as you may have noticed, the update for Mystics is still not out. No, this isn't an attempt at an April Fool's joke, it's just unfortunate timing for the message (I honestly considered waiting until tomorrow but I think that would be more callous). Unfortunately I wasn't able to meet my second deadline for this update when I wanted to. Life has a funny way of mucking up plans and I've got a whole life to handle outside of this passion project. But still, I was hoping that I could meet the timeline I set for myself and I failed to, so I have to own up to it. I don't really have much left to do for the content I planned to release, but I I've been so drained from my work lately that it's been affecting the time I'm able to put into this.

There's a few touch ups to assets in there too (I created a new brush that a bit closer to Wildermyth's aesthetic) but ultimately it's all just gonna take awhile longer before I drop it. Not what anyone want's to hear, I'm sure, and I don't want to hear it either but it's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality. Will keep you all posted. Hey, everyone. Just wanted to give an update. I've been suffering from a cold for the last week and it's put a slight damper or my plans since I've been spending a good deal of my time off work trying to recovery (I hate being sick. Particularly nasal congestion. Stopping one's ability to breathe is, in my opinion, a stupid immune response to infection regardless of it's significance).

Anywho, I'll still have the next update out before the end of this month, but I'll have to leave it in the oven a bit longer to finish up what I planned to release:

-Both Mystics having access
-2 new updated skins for all classes/genders.

@S While I... can't reveal every little detail without giving too much away, I can say that I've looked into multiple theme and am working out ways to make the Centauri theme compatible with them. Some show promise though might require a bit of work, there are others that are unlikely (at least by my own efforts. Others are welcome to use my files to make compatibilities where I cannot). For now, my focus is on getting the Mystics and more themeskins released. After that, I'll try to see about other things I can add to the mod. Thanks for the questions. @JD The theme is currently accessible by Warriors and Hunters. Mystics are being worked on as we speak (I outlined it in the previous changelog). Should have them done by the middle of this month at the latest and a couple more updated themeskins. If any delays arise, I'll make note of them here. Thanks for using my mod. :noodle:

@Talula On the topic of ThemeSkins, the newer ones will be different than what is currently available, save the tainted skin, and they will have new names as well. As I stated in a previous reply to @jaguarrach, I haven't removed the currnet ones or their names, but for me, it's easier to make the newer assets, add the reference to them in the current ThemeSkin files and then change the names accordingly. I want them to appear just as unique as the tainted skin too, rather than just giving Centauri heroes a different tail and calling it a day. 1 or 2 maybe not even be horse-related. I'll leave you with that little secret . But, I'll be releasing the update for the Mystics along with 2 more themeskins somewhere between late February to mid March.

@Talula Haha. Yes, a "Stallion" is a male horse that has not been castrated. The naming of themes was generally random horse related things; that one was partly that their are notable product brands with stallion horses as their icon, symbolizing an untamed creature. I know of the words root meaning, but when I first made those ThemeSkins, I was testing their implementation. I wanted to make some quick assets and figured alternate tails would be good enough and gave them quick names.

@Jaguarrach That is correct. I stated it in the Christmas patch notes release that those theme skins are being worked on to better reflect the changes I made to the mode over the last year, including new lower body assets, access to the theme being extended to more classes (Warriors and Hunters, both genders) instead of just female warriors previously, and overall visuals for the theme.

I didn't remove the theme skins outright because that would require removing the json files then re-implementing them when the newer assets are ready. I'd rather just modify them to locate the newer assets when the time presets itself; call it me being a bit lazy. Hopefully I can get the assets for the mystics up and ready first so I can work on theme skin assets collectively, rather than doing them 4 times and then have to go back and do them an extra 2 times for the Mystics. Sorry for the paragraph response but I hope it helped. Thanks for using my mod too! :happynoodle:

Just dropped a new hotfix, all! v2.1.4! In it is a fix for some missing assets and balance changes for a certain Ancient Queen, but I also added in a few extras such as compatibility for a handful of themes. @Lizard WIzard Sorry for the late reply, but I do have a fix and will be deploying it soon, but I'm trying to deploy it alone; I'm pretty picky on how I want to deploy content and I'm still unfinished with what I want to release in terms of the bodies for all other classes/sexes, comic events for the transformation and those with it, and all the layers for armors for all classes. I'm just going through my copy of the previous release version to make sure I haven't accidentally added anything from my active edit version of the mod to it (Don't want someone to see some bizarre half-finished content pop up on their Centauri. Give me the next 24 hours to release a hotfix for the Stampede issue. Thank you all for your patience.

@Everyone I'm sorry if the Omenroad DLC has caused some issues. While I still do have my planned release for content ready, I will see if I can address the stampede issue in a quick update sometime soon.

Good mod, the textures and centaur body skins are a lot more detailed than the older centaur mod.
The "Stampede" ability doesn't appear to work since the Omenroad DLC was released though.

@Foxiixn Thanks, I'm glad you like it. I've had to cutback on working on the mod, sorry. Things just kept popping up over the year that were either more pressing in life or caused me to be away from my computer for long stretches. I WANT to say that I'll have another update out sometime in the near future, but I've said that multiple times over the last year, and I hate not being able to keep my word, regardless of personal circumstance.

I do have themes for all classes and sexes completed (plus a little bit more). I do a lot of editing/redrawing with a mouse and not a tablet, (It's very tedious...) so it takes a good deal of time making changes. I don't want to jump the gun any further than my time will allow for, but at the very least, what I can say with assurance is that the mod is still being worked on. Though I'm hesitant to release half finished work, I haven't abandoned it.

@白虎の乱风 I see. That's a bit bizarre, but I suppose it makes sense (I have my language set to English in-game). At least mods are working for you now. I don't think I'll ever have a language compatibility patch, it's just not on my immediate radar, but let me know if you run into any issues with my mod and I'll look into it. :tbphappy:
