just got the mod, all wheels are now bugging out and jittering, especially all treads, usually they reverse left and right, and forward and backward, intermittently

The crab R&D Labs engine thing doesnt work, im in R&D Labs, with the default R&D Labs tech

@DarkTrooper When attached to a tech, it disables braking on wheels and hoverpad turning on techs to make them easier to pull around.

As for the trailer hitch situation...
There's a few old physical hitches in R&D that never really made it to the big game, I don't know of any mod that adds them into the main game pool.
There's magnetic blocks in one of the older packs that would be perfect if it they didn't have a bug that breaks them on world treadmill load.
There's that amazing Tony Rails mod that adds couplers, which are actual functional magnetic blocks, but their coupling isn't as "rigid" as the other 2.
The final option is making an imperfect physical hitch with what you got in game...

Buff Blocks average out the modified variables. Stacking a bunch of the same Buff Block will not improve performance beyond the redundancy if one gets shot off. I did this on purpose to decentivize block spam.
If you use 2 different Buff Blocks that modify the same variable, their bonuses (or detriments) average. If one Buff Block multiplies speed by *2, and another multiplies speed by *0.5, then they'll average to *1.25 bonus.
But using 2 different Buff Blocks that modify DIFFERENT variables won't diminish the power of eachother. So, yes, you combine Thor and Firestorm and they should provide their full bonus each.

Buff blocks still cannot modify projectiles properties, only the base weapon firing properties at most.

@shrike perhaps it could reduce payload of each projectile (less explosive dmg) since room would be needed for homing

i think an engine that makes all ballistic weapons home in, it'd probably be great for larger, slower projectiles like battleship rounds, it should probably be large, heavy, expensive and penalize the weapons somehow

wait dose the Hawkey firestom engine work on explosives with guidance "missles" dose it affect accuracy on these wepons cuz its guided or just a straight upgrade on fireR8 ???

not gonna lie I really wanna see a hercules engine.

essentially just the Hawkeye Tanker engine but larger, and with significantly larger buffs. (and combines a bit of the Hawkeye Firestorm engine, but doesn't affect accuracy.)

another possibility is a BF engine, which you could call the Floater engine or something. Essentially just the other engines but affects hoverpads / BF boosters and such.

Thor and Dragster complement each other perfectly (they have different buffs), whereas Tanker has a bit of both, and similar effects don't stack.

Thanks, I think the crab engine is the funniest to use, be sure to check it out :)
For example, experiment with front and rear facing wheels (instead of regular side wheels) as they will drive just as normal!
