ah didn't realize the voice-over mod would affect it

It still works for me.
Make sure its not under some other mod that changes the faction file... like the voice overs mod.

we've attempted this one and it doesnt appear to allow tau to use conversion on the kroot hound (this test was before this latest update to the main mod/ adding in new neutrals)
