some shotguns do not have spell slots. ones in ice layer they do. might be causing crash but not sure by the grenaders.

Could you please make it so if the percentage of dropping something is set to 0, the effect of picking up a spell is also absent? Awesome mod btw, take my points!

Can you make it so the green sparkle effect that happens when killing mobs only happens when/if they drop their spell n such? I personally prefer to turn down the drop chances n its kinda weird seeing enemies sparkle on death all the time.

The sniper's weapon is really annoying when picked up by other mob. Contrarily to the mob itself, they're able to use it instantly, and thus land a free shot on you from super longue distances.

It would be interesting to rework it in a way that remove the cooldown of the wand but give it an alway cast that add cooldown to it. So the cooldown of the wand will be *before* a projectile is fired.
This both gives the vibe of aiming to fire a shot -like the mob is doing- and remove that free-hit issue.

Guns should inherent modifiers properly with modifier madness enabled

@DukieSaintBeardo Hello! To let you know what's going on, I'm currently looking into the issue but I'm having difficulty pointing down the root of the problem, it is getting to the point where it might be easiest to just rewrite the entire compatibility system.

I am investigating it in my spare time though, fret not!

There appears to be a bit of an issue with the Modifier Madness mod, though I'm not sure if it's due to this updated version of Drop Your Guns or due to Modifier Madness; for some reason, shotguns with the glow to indicate they have spell modifiers have none and no innate shotgun spell as well, rendering them useless. Any direction, even an explanation of, "it's probably on Modifier Madness's end, take it up with that modder", would be of great help.

I would just like a small revision, so that when each spell is improved, there would be no explosion. These two mods just have a good combination, so it became interesting :smile:

Pardon, I don't fully understand what you're asking; if you meant if I want to take over Spell Evolutions too though, I'm unfortunately not as interested in the Spell Evolutions project.

I feel the mod is already nearly at it's full functionality and the only thing I could add to it is fixing healing/utility (Teleport) spells gaining damage when you evolve them.
That aside I just wouldn't have anything meaningful to contribute towards it and development would reach a dead end rather quickly.

I feel that mod would be better off in someone else's hands with a better vision for the project.
