Sorry no, it's by design. Fragments are dropped by zombies, with the highest percentage dropping from law enforcement zombies (soldiers, police, firefighters, etc.).

Is it possible to option to have map fragments antenna parts guaranteed to spawn in key places? So like news station, military bases, police station, etc instead of random zombies

While the author doesn't update his mod, you can search where you installed the mod. It should look something like this:
C:\.....\STEAM\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2987772693\mods\Wolf Extraction Quest\42 and open the mod.info file and change the following line: versionMax=42.9.0 to versionMax=42.10.0 and the game will allow you to load this wonderful mod.

Hi! I love this mod but the extraction map that you draw is broken using "Handmade maps" mod. If its not too much of a hassle please make them compatible :))

@SchweppesCan Thank you! drop of location map fragments is low but some "categories" of zombies (for example those related to the military/police field) have an increased drop. Also you can manage the rate through the "drops location map fragments" option of the sandbox.

How often zombies drops location map fragments?
I killed around 1000 zombies, but didn't see any of it

@The Chad of Time @nomade Have you tried enlarging the extraction tracker window? There is a chance that due to the font size the button is not visible.
If that is not the case, post a screenshot of when you are near the antenna
Also, b41 or b42?

@nomade Same for me, despite having signal and the text telling me to activate it in the extraction tracker. The button to set up the antenna just doesnt appear on the window.

Hello! Is there a way to reset the extraction point? So i late added the mod into the server and it gave me the extraction at March Ridge, but i wanted it to be in lousville, so i changed it through the settings and it keeps giving me the march ridge point. Any solutions?

so in the week one mod if the nuke fall on Louisville and the mall is wiped out do i just have to be in the open at he location or do I need to build a platform to get to what little remains of a roof? Got the supplies, ammo, oxygen, and 3 radiation suits and am ready for this fight to extraction thru a wasteland but am wondering what I need to be ready for. Is an axe, saw, and hammer also required for this journey your answer will tell me much.

Just wanted to chime in and say my group and I really love this mod experience to the game. We made a kind of quick-run challenge server; combining Day One & Horde Night & Wolf Extraction, with variable extreme weather options, set to run for 12 days. Having to fight through Day One, gather all the supplies to migrate somewhere and be ready for the first Horde, then make our way to the extraction point for a final showdown before finishing off "the outbreak" before it times out in 12 days has been great for everyone to have a goal in the game and do some runs without much long term commitment.

I might have read the instructions wrong, or just don't really know how to, but was/is there a way as the admin to manually establish a new extraction zone? Or just the preset ones.

We are still using it on B41 even on our normal main server just as a small thing to work towards too, but the challenge one is where it's shining.

@Kimchi Warrior Thank you so much for your feedback and for playing! I really appreciate you pushing the difficulty and asking for more of a challenge even at level 4.

The zombie pathfinding system is unfortunately quite problematic right now. Often, the zombies end up getting stuck on stairs or other parts of the environment and just don't manage to reach you, which definitely makes the game feel less intense than it should, even on the highest setting.

This is a tough issue, but in the next update, my focus will be on better difficulty balancing to try and compensate in any way. While I can't directly rewrite the core pathfinding itself, I will do my very best to optimize things within my control and mitigate these issues as much as possible to improve the situation. :spiffo:

Vorrei chiedere gentilmente se sarebbe possibile implementare una patch per una difficoltà ancora più elevata.
Anche impostando la difficoltà al livello più alto (livello 4), il numero di zombie mi sembra ancora troppo basso.

@stevensanterre at least you've managed to make one!! But then I only managed 3 and a half months my longest! I have just found a mod that takes the foil from chocolate!! It may technically be cheating but the ADHD in me cannot wait any longer to try and get the extraction quest up and fully running haha

@MummaBleep I'm 7 Months and 9 days into this save and I've only found enough for two towers, and have not found a recipe for turning the fragments into foil yet either. I'm level 8 metalworking so I would think I'd have gotten that by now, unless it's somehow associated with another skill.

@stevensanterre I have been checking all restaurants and grocery stores and haven't managed to find 6 foil before pushing my luck so much I end up bit before I get enough to build a tower! lol wiki said to use the aluminum fragments can be turned into foil but I haven't found a recipe for that! So not convinced it can be!

@MummaBleep I am also having a problem finding enough aluminum foil. Raiding several grocery stores has been my best bet so far. Aluminum foil seems to have been replaced with Aluminum fragments for many recipes in vanilla and this mod hasn't been changed to compensate for it.

Hey, I am playing in build 42 for the first time, I am having a nightmare getting enough foil to craft the antenna! Anyone got any tips on how to best get or craft aluminum foil in build 42?

ahhh for some reason the UI is bug and doesnt show anything but by complete chance i was spam clicking all around the extraction tracker box and a tiny little part of it on the bottom left of the UI box was clickable and showed me the extraction menu page

**then when i successfully extracted and rejoined the game under the same character, the Request Extraction button was there (and then in sandbox enabling antenna again, now Manage Antenna was there. I guess its some bug, maybe loading in world -> then reloading back in would show it from start. BUT, at least i found the little tiny spot to click XD

hi bro ijm trying to follow the FAQ for repeater/extended method and I dont get the UI change to manage repeater

in admin test, my setting is just 1 x4 fragment map needed to find location, and signal active at start of world

so i spawned in fragments, and repeater, the fragment map told me it's in west point cemetary.
so i went there, placed an antenna, the UI changes to 'repeater can be activated here, contact headquarter to request extraction'. But signal strength is still 0/1 and says more antenna operating in repeater mode needed.

But I can't right click or anything to see the manage repeater ui like in the picture examples to proceed.
