It has to be some bug caused maybe by different translation/language option? In my is Slovak:) Because on screens here in workshop, all text and those lines..are okay :)

So I tried your UI mod for workers and I have to say it looks really good:)
Just one comment, and that's about the text for the categories, it seems to me that it's exactly in the border line, which doesn't look good to me and that text should be a little bit higher. I'm attaching screenshots:

And a second smaller detail, the transition between the white and gray background goes right through the top part of the images, shouldn't it be exactly at the level of their top edge? These two tings are the only ones which come right to my eyes..

I know that these are visual details, but I think that's the only thing that bothers my eyes a little. If it could be adjusted of course.

P:S: Yes I use Slovak language:)

Again, I did a clean install - this time on a notebook. My god. The factory, stock UI is TRAGIC. Once again, thank you so much for this mod; it completely changes the game. Of course, it requires some getting used to, but after a short adaptation, it becomes absolutely essential :)

I had not replaced the files, I had clicked on ignore. everything works fine, only small problem the game is dark, in permanent day mode the shadows are stretched so it is early in the morning or late in the evening so it is game remains dark.damage

I opened Winrar, copy the folders: CWC Editor Menu Notification Resources, I copied them into Media Soviet but nothing happens. Is the MOD obsolete?

Great to hear that you're still not abandon the project :) Your icons are AWESOME, I'm really big fan of it :) It simply looks much smoother and well worked :) The only issue I've found (besides few missing icons, but still if someone wonders - it's awesome even with (really few) missing ones, that are thermometer inside the building - it's scale is very dark red on black not contrasted enough. I can't see what is the temperature in 4k display. ::( But beside that all your work is awesome, way better than those ugly stock icons :) Needs little bit of adaptation, but after a while when they've upgraded something and it restored vanilla icons I was thrilled how ugly they are xD

Incredible Mod - I love it, hence the game is very good but it has this 'old, nostalgic' style UI which I am not a fan of - this Mod makes the UI so much better. Also your other Mod which changes the map appearence by eliminating the strong fog making the map visually better in my oppinion - I highly recommend these improvements to this great game. Thank you for your work.

I really look forward trying this mod out when you have time to update it!
(as one of the things that dissapointed me when I booted up the game again in 1.0 was to see that the icons for buildings were still the same, confusing mess)

I have a question also: Do you know if there is a way to mod the game so it hides/removes the yellow construction silhouette for all buildings? I know the game already does this when zoomed out too far and when you hide the UI with "G", but that is not a real solution. Thanks!

Still working on the much improved V2, I promise!

@Fulcrum-A: Not paticularly interested in doing that myself, but you're very welcome to make a mod that replaces those elements of my mod, and if you use Affinity Designer I can give you the source files for those icons too.

But I suggest waiting until I put out V2 of this mod before doing it :)

Hello, could you make a small modification to the UI, namely, replace the ruble icons with authentic caps and dollars with NCR Dollars from Fallout)))

Also
the alcohol icon can be replaced with nuka cola or sunset sasparilla

and the icon of cattle for Brahmins.

Changes are minimal, but the atmosphere will increase many times over))):steamthis:

Cement icon is missing from Resources. Was it always the case? I feel that it could have been accidentally deleted around Waste update. Noticed it after fresh reinstallation.

@Will lietuv1s - just go into the Editor and Menu folders in Media Soviet and start replacing images with different coloured ones. The ui background images are reasonably easy to spot in there :)

@Daffyflyer Thank you for this amazing mod. Is there a way to make dark window backgrounds? Or is that one of the limitations you mentioned? Im guessing text colour doesnt play nice does it? Im so not a fan of "flashbang mode" to the point that I'm willing to learn how to change it. Figured ill seek advice here first. Your mod is a lovely band-aid too. Thank you.

@Daffyflayer As you have much bigger experience in modding WRSR's UI, I have a question to you if there is a possibility to modify (extend) a content of the building properties window? My case is that I already found a way to add workers to DOs and it seems to work, but there is no staffing indicator bar in properties window. Thus, I would like to kindly ask if there is any way to add this bar to above mentioned window, which content seems to be predefined for each type of building separately.
