It's a vehicle file, you have to make a mission yourself and spawn the ship in there.

You need to crouch and jump to climb them
-Ship is now fully equiped with nav lights (mast and aft lights were missing)
-Added fluid ports for the pumps to the bow cargo holds
-Added an extra hose to each pump
-Some other minor fixes
That's the most likely scenario.
When the condenser is off, steam clogs up because it can't be recycled to water for the boilers, the engine slows down because steam can't move through it any more, and the ship slows down and stops.
You forgot to turn on the condenser.
But I'm calling it depth :p
