@Nusquam Do you have the pre-requisite mod installed and loaded above this in the load order?
Might you be playing with any system overhauls that could affect enemy behaviours?

The first miniboss in act 1 is bugged and tries to use a spell over and over and cant continue the encounter any idea why?

Yes, definetely. I originally wrote it during an ongoing playthrough and added it before leaving act 1. :)
