If they both override the same file, then no, not compatible.

Adoption Options also edits travel_events_james.txt - not compat eh?

The event chain itself is not a mod, however, without this mod you only get the first and last option on the last event. The first event requires you to have an open ward slot to be able to take the feral child in.

For the record, the mod you've linked is not at all relevant to the event chain.

Event id: travel_events.4012

Hello! I missed the opportunity to adopt this kid I found into my dynasty; it seems your mod is apart of RICE if I'm not mistaken, since I do not have this mod in particular but the event still appeared regardless. I have run into run into an issue, where even with this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2839721206 , I still cannot recruit the kid, the son of wolves, into my dynasty. So I was hoping you could either provide the console command to trigger the event again (so I may retry), or provide a way to trigger the prompt again for the same kid (trigger the adopt prompt for X char ID). Please and thank you! I know there has to be a way to type that event into the command console again but I cant find the event ID :(

this has dynastic adoption, so they become one of your house, perfect for daughter heirs. sonce i hate matri marriages.

Any way to keep ‘em at court without adoption so I can have them marry my child when older?

Or increase the chance of finding a feral child?

Incoming Update: I've discovered a vanilla bug that makes the child always have the same ethnicity as the player (they are supposed to always be local to the area you're in). To rectify this issue, the child will only have their culture converted if you decide to train them.

Good mod! I have this feral girl in my game and I just want to adopt her because she always dies if I don't

thank you, my bad for reading properly, Great mod.

@Riaman That's literally the third and fourth options, although if you want them to be able to inherit things you'll need to restore their inheritance.

Regarding the fourth option, like the previous options it also adds the disinherited trait due to balancing reasons. (It would otherwise always be the optimal choice in terms of costs and rewards).

May be have another option, you adopt him to your house but not as a son. this would make it good for roleplay in case you want to marry such child to your children.
