- Subscribe & wait for steam to finish downloaded the file (if file still not show up just open the game to trigger the download and close it)
- go to your steam folder
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\232090
- use windows search bar search for a .zip name
SKIN_CHAR_Hotline-Miami.zip
- extract the published folder inside it to your
Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\
