@macintosh1257 the only "problem" as far as i can see with RICE is that it adds faiths and those new ones will not have a forth tenet. My mod however could cause problems as it may had been essentially bugless when I last updated it but I haven't touched ck3 since Christmas.

Can you make Compatibility mod for "tenets to doctrines", or incorporate ideas or features from the mod. its helps fresh out the tenets and doctrines, freeing up space for more fun and complex religions and faiths.

As well, add patron gods in the mix, similar to elder kings 2, with new tabs to chose any gods from any pantheon.

would it be possible for you to compatch this with tenets to doctrines? it *mostly* works but theres some weirdness with the sync tenets

@Dicktator Alligator I may at some point add a decision to move away form pacifism after the establishment of Jewish state but I will have to properly update the mod to the latest version of the game and I hate touching the tenets.txt folder

@Dicktator Alligator I know that Judaism only prohibits murder and killing during wars doesn't count to that however I am trying to reflect the fact that due to Jews being a minority everywhere they had turned in to being even more pacifist.

There is however a game rule when you start a campaign to change it so jewish faiths get partial pacifism, actually many tenets can be changed this way.

I think the Shalom doctrine for Judaism is inaccurate for the Jewish faiths. I think partial pacifism is a better default

If you can do this slight change to the Jewish faiths it will be very appreciated :adulterer:

@Max Rock I have seen this issue, the game isn't applying the load order correctly, I was going to upload 6.2 to reduce the file size so I will see what I can do

Unfortunately, even if I only have these two mods (when testing), no matter whether I put your mod in front or behind, the fourth tenet will still disappear after entering the game:steamsad:

@Max Rock "Realism & Balancing" does seem to include the tenets folder but I didn't notice any change in it to be honest (I think that there supposed to be changes on the unreformed tenet and its syncretism but they were never included), just place mine after it, it should work properly

You don't specify with which mods however if I have made a patch then I am pretty sure only the patch matters, I should test that however (the patch should obviously be after both)
,otherwise if a mod changes the tenets put mine before it, expect weirdness but not crushes, be aware of mods that remove faiths, I am pretty sure those cause a CTD as the game cannot find the faith to apply the fourth tenet

As for the rest of the patches with other mods I hate making them so expect them to pop up out of nowhere when I am in the mood and have time to create them which may be never, or do them yourselves if you really want, you would be making me a favour

I am going to bring the mod up to the 1.11 as well as make 1.6 which was going to be focused on Zoroastrianism anyway, actually that is why I haven't updated it

The attempts of mine to create icons and pictures have left me scarred and deformed so will see about that, I picked Gargamel as the mascot as it was easy to implement, not because it looks good

Update : On Saturday I was adding Communion to the Christians as a doctrine but I soon realised that the only faith I knew the replaced for the Communion tenet was Nestorianism, I was the one that added that as the forth tenet... So yeah this idea ended up falling flat in my head

So the two doctrines for Christianity will actually be about the Nature of Christ and the other, much more impactful, is about Liturgical Language

Today I changed most triggers which sounds bad but it is mostly bug fixes and I am planning at touching the Steward Values which will break much compatibility, otherwise all extra doctrines will look useless

So will be making many compatibility patches, write on a comment mods for which I should be making patches

The same seems to happen to AI reformations as well, Asatru gained Aniconism after reformation in my test, which is the first in the list

I have not find a way to easily read the amount of tenets so custom faiths only have three until reformation/faith creation , then I am pretty sure the game picks the first available tenet for that faith to fill the empty space, at least this is my experience during the creation of the mod

Yes, at least in my end it is, I assume you play on the newer versions which allow mods to be played with achievements available
