If it is sicon mod causing the issue then, its an issue with the mod not the map sadly.
I'm unable to fix the issue as its not an issue with the map itself. but the mod causing the problem.
When I'm back home in a few days time, I'll fix it a once over.
Once you get a 3-Star Promotion of a rifle Squad, you have lost the entire squad.
So most valid solution is to open the console menu and spawn a rifle squad anywhere, to keep timer up at "1" all time.
Add supply 3 and you are good to go for this map
All my units reached experience level 3 - and I did not get the "Lose Condition"
Have you played the mission more than once? I would say maybe give the game a restart?
Overall the map is very fun, but the early parts with very limited troops become a bit tedious and repetitive. The small gate that leads to the wide road to the first drop site is especially annoying since it blocks LOS but triggers lots of enemies.
I was hoping for a bonus end upon defeating the final approaching waves or something because do not like the "leave everyone behind to die" endings, especially when you can even watch them die. If the final troopers could actually hold the waves back, that would be great.
You can find Nivium It is before you meet Reece Ryan for the first time. As as you pass the gate its before the cut scene starts.

I will take all that into advisement :) - I will be going through all missions soon to give QoL updates and to add or change things people have suggested as-well. :)
But it wont be for a while yet :)
I'll look into the reinforcement doors as-well as i cant be having them trigger when not needed.
btw did that officer we recovered from mission 3 made it out? I don't think his squads made it
is hard but very well done, i love the cinematics, characters with voices
you can call new units at third radio station, and search a place to get a combat engineer.
it should be let mission easier.
I have hopefully fixed the No units under control and the rockets not moving
a lot of Testing and QC went into this - But if you do manage to find any issues please let me know! -
