All the Sentinels have their own skill dumps which add capacity for their respective construct.
Are you using Legendary Characters? If so that would be why. You'll have to spawn him in via console commands.

I'm not sure, that's something you'll have to test for yourself. And these are heroes that are added to the tomb prince recruit pool for the 4 major TK factions.
You can just look as his stats yourself and decide if he's OP or not. And no, I don't really care for lore-accuracy. I just make what I think is cool.
All Sentinels should appear in the Tomb Prince recruit panel. This mod isn't made with other mods in mind, so conflicts might happen depending on what other mods you have enabled. I'd suggest disabling all mods but this one, and slowly re-enabling them until you encounter the issue. Then you'll know what mod is causing the problem. A known incompatibility is the Legendary Characters mod.
Once all Sentinels have released, I'll absolutely be making an all-in-one mod.
