im having issues with the mod, my game wont start at all ive removed mods 1 at a time and its started working fine once i disabled this mod not sure if anyone else has had an issue with it hope your able to find the issue was looking forward to using this

for me it broke my game. since i installed this my speedbuttons dont work properly anymore... i say 3times speed but it dont work. it playes on on normal speed. even after i deinstaled it... it must change anything on a config or somethink ike that and broke this buttons...

FYI, there's a bug with the Lua code for the Overwrite script that makes Medkits and Emergency Rations a construction resource. Looks to be redundant, can be deleted safely in Mod Editor and they'll remain resources needed to construct the shuttles.

I just finished a ~25 hour playthough on Saltu with this mod and it worked very nicely. I felt that the either the escape ships should hold more people (they look large enough) or cost fewer resources. It's still so much better than the tedious and drawn out default escape pod process. Many thanks for the mod!

*I am testing changes I made to allow 4 survivors per escape pod (for myself and a family member's usage). Would that be something you would consider adding as an alternate download in the future?

Glad to help, @Maverick. I believe that the "Bonus Starting Survivors" mod shouldn't conflict with mine, and it gives you the same flexibility to modify the number of survivors landing on the planet.

Hi Mnementh, it was the mod 5,6,7,8,9,10 survivors that was stopping it. I have deleted that one now as I would love to use yours. Thanks for figuring it out :steamhappy:

One thing that comes to mind is that the technology is exclusive to the vanilla CrashLanding scenario. If you have mods installed that replace or duplicate this scenario, they could potentially cause interference.

Could i suggest adding at least 20 Emergency rations and maybe 10 Med Kits to the build recipe, as those are some lore friendly and research/scavenge locked materials that could be needed for a space trip.

Hi, @htdang12!

The "Escape shuttles" tech is enabled by default for research and is located at the bottom of the 'Other' research branch.

I tested if it is added in old savegames and didn't notice any issues, but I may have missed something.

Thanks for this. I'd been tinkering with the idea of playing around in the mod editor to see if it was possible to make the rescue pods transport TWO survivors rather than one at a time. Reason being is, of course, you sometimes end up with people married or together but they get separated during this point due to the one-per-person limitation of the pods.

This saves me the trouble since I'm not much on the programming /development side!

Yes, it is, @Paraleo... minus its thrusters and several small objects that are attached to the model by the dropship's code. I just applied light blue color to make it different than the dark green one.

Currently, the Victory UI triggers before any survivor or their pets reach the escape ships. Figuring this out will take me more time than the last 10 mods I did, but I'm curious enough to delve into it. So, you have my blessing to assume that pets will be saved.

I deeply sympathize with people who feel that their pets do not get enough love; I have a dog that I love very much myself. Therefore, I have initiated an internal process in HG on this topic.
