contact update changed the way doors work and now the door is opening instead of closing and going backwards visually instead of closing like normal

Thanks for the quick response. I agree the mod still works fine. I'm just a stickler about warnings. Not expecting you to do anything about it. Just wanted to bring it to your attention.

the mod is working its just keen changed how the grouping is handled in game and i don't mod anymore after well losing all the data if someone wishes they can fix the SBC files and reupload i give permissions just post a link to the original in your reupload


i cannot promise anything atm i might or might not come back as SE does hold special place for me but im nearly 30 and well life happens

I'm getting warnings from this mod on my torch server:

[WARN] Keen: BlockVariants are obsolete. Use block groups instead for block: MyObjectBuilder_AirtightHangarDoor/27D_hangarbase_1

I am also getting the issue where driving over the top point of the hangar doors launches the rover. Encountered this in similair playthrough as well. Can Nero please check this?

I am having some very weird effects with the ramps, trying to contact Nero now, but has anyone else had this issue, after ramps deployed sometimes you fall thru them or get caught in an invisible field. also when landing gear is attached on the part of the ramp that is non moving is can cause the ship to flip/have a weird forcefield where it keeps you from getting to ship, and in the case yesterday, 2 of my ships exploded into pieces.

?? linux isn't the only alternative, and running win11 in a kvm is pretty practical. direct passthrough is possible too for usb and pci(e) devices.

i think linux may not be quite there yet, linux users would naturally disagree ofcause, but at some point i would hope we all could say to win "SCREW YOU TOO"

i am closing in on a reinstall myself, potato pc running for now nearly 10 years straight ^^ with some upgrades on the way, but wasnt top of the line either when i got it ^^, so yeah the old dog is a bit sensitiv where it comes to performance intense tasks ... sigh

honsetly idk how they done the falling when the energy is cut off it seems to be internal script which this is all model based and second the remake will take very very long time i had it nearly done but WIN 11 said SCREW YOU and had to reinstall whole pc as it deleted all my user data

Can we change the opacity and color? Are these ramps retrectable instantaiously as with a power outage or slowly as normal hangar doos or both? With your remake do you plan for larger versions as well for more ethusiastic builds?

some of what i asked is included in other mods and therefor definetly doable, would be nice to have it all in one mod

Acirno you can edit the transparent material in the mod it controls the colors too lower values are darker while higher are more shiny i set it up in mid

When you add it to your bar you get a crash with the following error:

I did test and only the x2 90d and x6 27d had invisible bases some of the larger ones may take a bit to load but uplouded a fix so all should work now

So far I've noticed it on the 90D_Hangerbase. doesn't matter the length. I haven't built anything using any of the other angles yet so I can't say if those are also affected.

Encountered a bug where the base of the hanger doors aren't showing up. they're still there but you can see right through them.

Ok i testes them all and remade some models fix is up now the 45d doors had bit offset colision compared to visible model that might have been the jump issue the 27d mirror x2 had reversed subpart configuration now fixed removed tje edges from sides of the blocs so now they connect seamlesly

@nocturnius and @Animus Smok put the doors going downward if you can, I didn't have the rover destruction with hangar doors, but I have gotten stuck
