The one thing I wanted to say though, it that while the Offer, Request, and Offer/Request Truce concubine seem to work as expected, it seems that I am unable to elevate concubines if they were previously married. In addition, I do not see an option to legitimize the children of concubines, even ones that I have the option to elevate, though I think this probably has to do with my religion having the "No Bastards" doctrine, thus removing the option to legitimize.

Adding to this, my current character wasn't a child of a concubine, nor his children were, yet his children were having this big opinion penalty towards my character (their father).

The mod certainly made concubinage more fun, so you just have the handful of "real" heirs needing titles, but can produce as many dynasty members as you want.
Or just take a concubine because you like her looks. Without jeopardizing your whole succession over it.
I realise the above response is probably not what you wanted to hear. What I could do however, is make them more likely to elevate/legitimise in cases where there exists no eligible heir and the spouse is infertile, so I'll do exactly that.
But the AI doesn't seem to understand that it needs to have an heir from a legit wife, or elevate the concubine.
Too many AIs having "game over" when their courtiers or vassals inherit instead of the concubine's children.
One suggestion: Implement the "Take Concubine" mod functionality.
Makes it similar to CK2, where you can request concubines from other courts.

i think youre missing clan house modifiers from the newest ck3 patches in some files.
I romanced Ingrid Bjornsdottir and murdered Rurik, then made Ingrid my concubine. She gave birth soon after to Rurik's child who is actually mine, I can see by the traits and she's a member of my house. I am even getting Your first child... events. There is also no expose secret option for Ingrid.
I'm pretty sure none of my other mods are causing it, but I'm no expert. I do have the Elven Destiny mod? Like I say I'm no expert.
Cool mod though, thanks :)
