Ok, so actually it worked, but next time, ask people to disable addons, not unsubscribe them. To do so:
1. Open your Addons in gmod
2. Press the wrench button
3. Press "Disable all"

This map is good for new players of gmod too.

And now, ONLY install addons that you need. like wiremod, ultimate workshop downloader and etc. (you can download any maps that you want because the map just will count as an addon if you enter in this map)

@Matvey Pivoedov, yeah, like @JustAKaiper said, i recommend uninstalling all your addons, if you are thinking: "man, it will take a long time." The answer is no. follow my steps:

1- go to the garry's mod workshop
2- click in navegate
3- click in subscribed addons
4- now on your right should be a button called: "Unsubscribe all addons"

Hm, that is odd. Have you tried disabling all addons and running the map?

its still not working, content mounted and 64 bit is used
