Anyone made a RE 1 classic inventory system. @Cutta Why don't you talk to the author of this mod to improve yours? Since both inventory systems are almost identical to these two Resident Evil.

When i equip a gun through the inventory, it gets rid of my ammo, any fix for this?

I'll gladly test that, as I would be very thankful for such. The Resident Evil 4 merchant is very near and dear to me espcially for my Realism videos regarding future survival horror content.

So the new playermodel is just a female citizen who also does some tposing here and there? I will be honest I did love and prefer the Resident Evil 4 merchant model, I will miss it! However I'd imagine it would be annoying of me to ask to change that back so I won't beg you to hard to do that for me. I appreciate the work you do in keeping this mod alive, it's made my realism gameplay experiences and survival horror aspects and films much more interesting and immersive. Love this mod.

I got the Resident Evil playermodel expanded pack again, which includes the Merchant from Resident Evil 4. So it should work fine again with no errors if a Resident Evil 4 merchant model was loaded into the merchant in another update for this mod.

Or even as a optional additional spawn in the menu's, a Resident Evil 4 merchant that sells "weapons". My preferred merchant I tend to use. Maybe a option that can be checked on or off or just a spawn.

I noticed it's a error for the merchant if you don't have the Merchant model present in your game somewhere, I don't have the Resident Evil playermodel expanded pack right now cause I am on a fresh install testing things, I noticed if the merchant isn't present in your game it will throw an error, some experimentation is required on my end. Once I have the playermodel Resident Evil expanded pack which includes the Merchant I think that will solve it.

An idea I thought of too, I remember the issue only occured after I opened the Editor and all the models loaded in... maybe the editor has a certain limit until models, weapons, entitles just overwhelm the mod?

This doesn't bother me as I don't use the editor.

Great news, upon a reinstall and putting all my mods into a collection, I am testing in in chunks of mods installed at a time. I got it working! Now I just gotta slowly install my mods and set up my settings in game again, until I run into the mod that is causing the problem.

Okay despite the update I am still having the same bug with same error code before, 0 reliable channel overflow.

Maybe I need to yet again restart the modding process and reinstall on a fresh copy... again. It's annoying cause I just reinstalled all my mods recently. But i really want this one back.

So i am willing to go to extreme measures to get this working again, first things first, I should uninstall mods to see if it's just a mod conflict of some kind...

I think it just broke recently, the more mods I installed too this didn't help but I am getting this error message whenever I try to load in any level. Booting me out back to the menus upon finishing loading says "Overflow error!" something to that effect anyway.

Other then the odd times weapons in some circumstances randomly appear in my inventory in a conflict with maybe picking up weapons normally and using my quick loadouts mod.

However it works fine? So I have no idea what these bugs are about.

I notice Dlib is mentioned in there, is there a incompatibility with Dlib?

RE2_INV_Editor in console. I would set it to entity. You can use Props but are not recommended

Click on the model to copy the model path for the item you are adding. Are you talking about the list below with the actually items?

i cant add items in the inventory and i can only use weapons in the inventory and when i was in the inventory with a weapon it wont let me use\lmb or drop the weapon/rmb

I don't know if someone mentioned this before, but this addon makes explosive ammunition always zero, despite having ammo or not. It also takes away all player ammo. Just pointing it out.

Turns out the culprit for the errors was the Simple Looting System addon, but disabling it makes it impossible to exit the RE2 inventory screen without killbinding, s o m e h o w
