Currently trying to make new unit submod for AOJ Attila as new version of the overhaul won't work correctly with the unit packs I have on steam for current version.
Going to take me a while to do
Works with zero bugs. I was SO DAMN TIRED of the default DEI experience. I think that, like many big mods, they confuse artificial restrictions with 'fun'. Same reason Carthage stack spams.
The default way DEI does things should be a sub-mod, and THIS mod should be the actual default.
This mod feels well balanced and the way things should be for what a Total War veteran would expect. Default DEI just seems like a mod for people who hate themselves and want to be punished with no hope of ever overcoming the balancing act, no matter how hard they think or strategize.
tldr: GOOD MOD!
I like to manage cities a bit, but the balancing act in DEI was just silly, and most importantly(VERY importantly) non-intuitive. Why would a farm make people unhappy? Makes no sense.
Thanks for the mod.
