On large docks you can use precision mode to slide next to the tall dock. Go to the high roof, jump onto the mast, jump higher up the mast, then run along the spars and jump onto the tall dock sides. Then jump up the rest of the way.
Added belly wings for higher speed and/or range. Now stable past 60 knots! 32 m/s!
Air conditioning cooling for main crew area.
Now enclosed notch between bridge and engineering to make an air-heat-water lock.
and other updates
Note the thumbnail pic still shows the open mid deck of the original Clyde.
The map waypoint is a display only function.
Looking at the map turn the boat until it is heading in about that direciton.
Turn on the heading hold autopilot.
In game play I found that you should keep some alertness for loot crates or collision risks from AI craft. You can step away from the bridge for a time but should come check things regularly. In real world multi-crew vehicles there should always be at least person "on watch".
Those are "normal" arctic waves. Sail north my good man. Sail north.
When the winds pick up to orange-red and you are far from the southern shores that is just another day at sea.
try running A- B+ 100% briefly before going to A+ B+ it tends to help to get "on plane". Though Clyde is a bit big with more storm vs plane shaping to really plane. Use A- B+ to bet above the fast cruise then drop into the fast cruise mode.
top speed is
High speed A- B+ Throttle 100% RPS 15.7 26.3 m/s 51 knots 175 km (wobbly)
so alpha off, beta on and full throttle to 26.3 m/s
will vary by sea conditions
Love to hear of your adventures!

Thanks. Glad you are enjoying other vehicles from my barn.
Thelon has a lot of function as well while being size restricted to spawn in the starter dock. Clyde's size is though it can't spawn at the starter dock its width still lets it nose or stern in there.
Clyde being larger does fit more things including various radio sets and cargo storage areas.
So if someone really does have a ship leaving the dock on spawn I really have to wonder what their game settings are. Infinite fuel vs modular engines... not sure what that would do to them.
You can make a local copy of the boat and set the stop engine button to "on" on spawn. Its the red button on top of the dash in front of the pilot. That would tell the engine to cut off the air and fuel thus not run the engine.
Electrical motors should only run when someone is in the pilot seat pushing the 1-6 buttons.
Other than that, its probably a local user issue.
If the fuel mod to help with spawning with full tanks. You still have to pay for fuel like original SW play.
The game made a change limited fuel at bases starting with 5,000. Clyde is 41,000 liters so you could spawn with only one of the tank areas filled and that would cause a tilt. You can transfer fuel between the 3 belly tanks and there is also the tank for auxiliary generator.
I use a mode for buying fuel right at the docks as this is how I played before that dev bad-choice. IT made everyone have to step away from the SW mission to having tankers. That mod gets the game back on track.

She is the most complex vehicle I've made to date exceeding even the Yukon.
The engine room makes use of a lot of the manual 1 block valves for optional flow control too.
on tilt left... O_o I can't see the difference visually.
On spawn the game can be a little strange on interactions with robotics and stored anchors. Clyde has both.
Try moving the boat a little, by electrics 1 from the pilot or the main engines. Roll stability will be able to get a brief affect.
Also fuel is now moved into pipes on spawn and that can be a little strange. There is a fuel balancer station in the front of the engine room. Its by the stairs with all the dials.
Added a note block by the throttle which reads:
To start: Throttle to 0.3 or higher. Gears off. Press and hold start by gear switches until RPS shows engine starting.
>>>
Also you'd want the engine shutdown to be OFF. Its the red button on the center top dash near the window. Its next to the compass. You use it a lot as a means to stop the engine when at rescues or docks.
Electric propulsion is unaffected to the general plan is to drop the engines a short distance out then come in on precision mode.
And is it normal, that the ship tilts slightly to the left immediately after spawning?
Its great to hear feedback on designs.
