This shit is awesome, I always loved bosses/ characters from different games making cameos in one big game, sorta like the battletoads appearing in shovel knight, great collection!

Some of these bosses are honestly pretty cool and I love the way that they're implemented, while others are an absolute pain to take down on the wrong run sometimes... Either way, I appreciate the cool variety that this adds to my second dead god run! :resmile:

I tested here and it was affecting even boss mods that weren't mine, well, deleting these 4 lines from the stageapi fix it, I saw that it was a small error with the mod and an small interaction with the purple heart trinket, but this small error was making custom bosses not load the rooms when they should, so not appearing

I MANAGED TO MAKE THE BOSSES APPEAR AGAIN, for anyone having an error with the normal bosses not showing, go to the custom stageapi folder in the mods folder, go to scripts, stageapi, reimpl and open the file 'entityconfig.lua', and delete the lines 123, 124, 125 and 126, this made the bosses appear again

perhaps an value of the mod got nil and with this the mod is not work, try to delete the data of the mod and see if this works, the average amount of bosses that should appear in a run is 1-2 bosses as I tested it

kxn sorry for this late answer, but I tested here many times while creating it and it was showing usually 1-2 bosses per run, why it may appear less I don't know

Hey uh, there seems to be a problem with both this mod and part 2 of mixed bosses. I've attached the console logs here (Note: I don't know where the error files for mods are so I'm just writing down what I found in the console (I also have repentagon installed but its been working fine with it so I don't know whats causing this (also splitting this into multiple comments because of steam character limits, this is what came before the next comment in terms of crash code order.))):

If the options is opening normally and it doesn't show any error on the debug console then you can try to delete the data of the mod, there's a folder in the place that isaac is installed called data, there you found the data of mods that saves data, go there and search for the mixed boss collection to delete it.

I don't know what could be the problem if you use only the mixed boss collection mods+stageapi, I tested it a lot and usually you would normally find 1 or 2 bosses from the pack on the game in a normal run

The options for the bosses are fine and i can even spawn them with the debug console, and btw i dont any other mods except the two collections and stage api.
How do i delete de data of the mods? should i just unsub and sub again?
Also im sorry if im being anoying but if deleting the datadoestn fix it then what sould i do? ive already fought some of these bosses by spawning them and i loved every fight! it would be a shame if i couldnt fight these bosses normally :(

press F4 to see if the options for the bosses are appearing correctly, then if not I recommend to delete the data of the mod to see if it will work correctly now, if not... well I guess it's a problem with the stage api

Hello :) I really like this mod and all but i have a problem.
i dont know if its bad luck or whatever but none of these bosses have spawned yet, and ive played with this mod on for a while now. the only ones that seem to work are metal sonic, the space invaders and a red demon that comes trough a portal. I dont know if the chances for these bosses are so low or maybe something is not working as intended.
Its a real shame too because I really like this mod and i would love to play isaac with these bosses, so i would be really thankfull if someone could help me with this problem

probé solo con el mod y la parte 2 y el api claro, pero me sale un error que dice stage api no detected, y en algunas salas y aveces al entrar a womb toda la imagen se ve mal como corrida y no tiene arreglo, espero se pueda arreglar, no se si solo me pasa a mi

this I think it's something with the stage api, perhaps because it had a bug that it could replace major bosses like mom or it lives

well my guess is that you are using some mod that changes the music using lua, the code that I use is simple, but if the boss music from the game is not detected then the musics from this mod can't be played, I made it in that way to prevent worse bugs with music like the musics always trying to replace one or other.

I don't know how it could even happen as the shu guys has the shutdoors flag set to false, I guess another mod is detecting then and forcing the door to close

Don't know if this could help, but I got a similar situation (shop door always shut) when I had the shy guy in the shop mod active.

I believe that it could be from part 2 because part 1 never uses a function that closes the doors, the only situations that I use the close door is when the superbosses are spawned or patchouli appears, and I don't do anything in shops, so not sure why this could happen

not sure if it is from this mod or part 2 of the mod, but for whatever reason, the shop I enter is always shut once I enter, regardless if there is monsters or not. If there are monsters, then the shop is still shut even if there appears to be no enemies.

Thank you very much for the quick response! With Dracula boss I noticed that I can't skip the dialogue by pressing the Drop Button, I use a controller (ps4). It is a minor issue.

There is no green enable/disable option in the My boss Part 1 menu, and none of the bosses in the mod appear
But I can use the second part of boss normally

Is there any way to make this not tank my fps with other mods? I'd like to play fiend folio with it, but that appears to be impossible. And I'd prefer having just fiend over just this mod.

not sure what it can be, I believe that's incompatibility with some mod, and currently I'm tired of modding.
I make fix for then when people report bugs with the mod itself that I know how to fix, but things like this I'm totally lost about how I could solve and I don't have the patience to it anymore
