Report a translation problem
I'd say that it should be at least 1300 so that you could load up all the passengers and have a little left over for food or trade items/loot. Overall I'd probably put it somewhere more like 1500-2000 considering that the Pelican is a powerful enough ship to carry around a tank. Even that is a bit too low considering that the Pelican can carry a tank. However, it's also a smaller ship and if it's packed full of people, there's not that much room remaining. Though I suppose things can also be strapped to the outside of the ship.
