In B41, you need to craft sewing machine first (Normal Hammer [k] + Saw [k] + 3x small metal sheet +10x leather strips + 12 thin sticks), after that you will able to craft more clothes.
However in B42, it seems likely depend on your tailoring level to craft those clothes on table.

If you're talking about some head skin have errored texture, maybe this patch that I've created will be help fix texture to be show properly.

I know this is silly, but how do I get this mod to work? Right now, the character textures are all wrong and I can't quite figure it out.

I think because his/her account are need to re-accept subscription agreement, that's why mods were gone somehow.
I've experienced that before in one day that I've update the mod but not realized that subscription agreement were changed, the result is my uploaded mods were completely hidden to others until I've re-accepted changed terms.

Tried both viewing on mod page and also try to download via SteamCMD and still no luck, however, it's report as having issue to view mod, not because mod owner decide to deleted, but worse case is likely DMCA'd , still we're not sure the proper reason is...
If it's that case, FancyLibrary may face the same fate, though and again, still no idea now...
And also bad things happen in my computer because harddisk was suddenly died overnight before beta of b42 were released, that's mean I'm technically lost backup of that mod and cannot retrieve latest version anymore.

I think the author delete the mod, it not there anymore, not even show in the requirement too, big oof, hopefully the author just updating it to B42 or something

AFAIK, Breasts Pad item are mostly spawn in closet in common houses, some may appear in non-house if it have closet inside.

i have a question about the changing menu:
how do you get the pad item?
i tried looting clothing stores and looked at the crafting menu but cant find any pads

Yep, already noticed too about mask clipping because that mod aren't likelihood of Triceratop that hide head if equipped mask, but because I'm not a maintainer, I don't have anything to do for that.
About to create mods that able to let zombies spawn clothes, I have no plan for now, otherwise, I may suggest to tarasurimi who work on zonbie in mod costume because those clothes are transferred from VRChat models.

May i suggest make a sub mod that let zombie spawn with this mod clothes and mask? It some what hard to craft sewing machine early game

Also the head mask sometime clip with the character hair, so you have to pick a bald hair or very short, if you pick long hair, it will clip with the mask, would be great if the hair auto remove when equip mask

Early game when i dont have sewing machine yet, i still want my character look some what good, also it for my NPC, not all NPC have short hair to wear these mark

@Quilava Definitely it's Triceratop, creator of BD once said that it's not recommended to mix with other character masks than Koroa that come from that mod, but other assets seems to be fine.

May i ask where u get the halo in picture 3 and 4 from what mod? Pretty sure it not in this mod

I don't remember where to get the log but is not an error for sure, I gonna try re-subscribed it again if it still problem I try to find the log

I have no idea about that, this mod are probably just contains only translation files and few icon images to fix recipes appearance, none of scripts to modify anything.
Also, I never play on any multiplayer servers yet due to lack of my notebook performance.
Maybe some lines of translation probably caused it (e.g. typo coding), can you provide error log in discussions for little investigation?

I have some problem while try to open server with this mod but it stuck on load this mod and make game can't lunch and malfunction it is a bug or something? if it is please fix it or tell the way to fix

You have no idea how important this is, all clothes have blank name so it really hard to tell which is what, and since you cant comment in the original mod, you cant tell the author to do anything about it
