@CY-RPG: Yeah, I'm going to be doing some rebalancing for the next version. Should be some time after 1.5.10 drops.
but the political movement ones are just annoying and don't really add anything at all.
Honestly I would be surprised if they didn't already have plans for some kind of deeper election system similar to the ones that are already in HOI4 TNO. As is, you should be able to just run this one alongside TNO, since on a glance it looks like it doesn't remove any vanilla laws at the moment.
I'll look into some indirect ways to adjust movement values.
