This map is pretty laggy for me.. Is there a possibility to optimise this? (I don't got a strong pc but still something drops my fps when I look it's way but I don't know what does that)

this map is haunted for me unless i spawned into the wrong map which i didn't, first of all its night time or smth, not as many gunfire sounds, and i kid u not i saw red eyes and when i got closer they vanished, ima check my mods rq

also regarding the "fight to the death" i didn't mean that, they probably either got left behind or are behind the evac wave, can't find a way to get out of the city or something

also to explain that all the zombie corpses have no headcrabs on them, the rebels may just be shooting them in the head, and the area of the map we are in is an abandoned rebel stronghold

i like to imagine that this is during the uprising, the combine have begun shelling the city and the number of zombie are increasing, some rebels are trying to leave the city while the others fight to the death, that could also explain the ar2 muzzleflashes to make the map more in-lore with hl2

@hmodz I removed the zombie sounds because somebody said they were annoying.
As for the muzzle flashes, the gunshot sounds were from HL2, and some of them were pulse rifle sounds. I made the muzzle flashes blue to match said sounds, although I forgot to consider lore when I did that. I didn't really mean for this to be half life in particular.

i won't lie this is a cool map my only nitpick is that sense you don't hear zombies and sometimes the muzzle flashes are blue it looks more human soldiers fighting combine and this map is happening during the 7 hour war but is just my opinion but i still love the map very much.

I consider this an infection that can infect players of gmod and make them not able to control their character at all, plus they can join singleplayer servers to infect more.

@minidataaka I didn't make any real lore in particular when making this map, I left it up to speculation so people could create there own lore and stuff since its a sandbox map

The sounds shouldnt be synced because sound travels slow, the sound should be delayed by a few seconds from the gunshot lights

Bro this is awesome! When I launched the map I imagined how cool it would be if you could see distant destruction, lone behold you can see the traffic trying to leave the cities and gunfire in the skybox, its absolutely stellar!
The only thing I'd suggest to update is lesson the gunfire light range since it reaches too far onto other buildings in the distance. And Id love to see more skybox details, maybe a helicopter or a single police car in the traffic?
