Lol nice!
Lovely mod though, added this to my modpack to spice up the gameplay a little and add a bit of immersion.
I've been thinking about this more, and I may attempt to tackle it.
If I'm successful, it'll be a separate mod.
"It's a singular patch file that allows NPCs, vanilla OR modded, to shift through their available dialogue lines instead of only repeatedly saying one."
Vanilla NPCs select one dialogue out of many and stick to it, no matter how many times you talk to them. This mod changes that.
@Duke Monterier
Maybe some day...but probably not from me lol.
@Foslix
Well, I thought of one of my own: False Harpies. The NPCs you can come across can sometimes mention how they miss their family. And then they'll specify... Because of vanilla only choosing one line, it makes it significant and unique to the NPC.
@Juni
I realize that - as my own race mods do the same thing.
@kagura bachi
Indeed! Thank you!
Glad to hear it!
@AstraAegis
Same here! Who knew it was as simple as a tiny lil' patch for one singular file?
And thank YOU so much for your kind comment!
I've been "back" with modding for a bit - it's just that the update I'm working on (for an already released mod) is taking a LONG, LONG time! I'm busy nowadays and only get 6-8 hours per week to work on mods. But hey, I'm getting somewhere, rather than nowhere!
