We don't have many scary xenotypes in the workshop right now, and it would be nice to have zombie-like pawns without overly complicated zombie mechanics.
Rubus, i imagine since theyre still human, whatever odors a human produces. since they enjoy their own personal chemfuel supply then theres an overtone of gasoline smell, too.

Although, one idea if I may - with their sickly colors, red eyes, their mangy hair this xeno is perfect for "Very unattractive" gene that no other vanilla (or modded tbh) xenos use, this would differentiate them greatly from others and also make up for the fact that mangy hair are purely cosmetic. For keeping the metabolism score balanced I'd propose switching from "Awful Melee" to "Poor Melee" - they still would be inclined towards long range fighting but it's kinda hard to imagine cartels without any muscle.
