Yep. now when I try to bring people to court from different aspecs it is difficult indeed even with a bribe.
So I guess it is ok.
Hm, I guess I'd need more insight here because, on my playthroughs where I don't play too close to my religion/culture, it's still difficult for me to invite - definitely easier to get the Wanderers, but still difficult. Also, I usually am not a king or emperor either.
When you say 'basically' for free... Do you mean like, you still have to bribe them?
Also, can you provide more details like:
- Are you an Emperor/King?
- Are you inviting people from the same religion/culture?
- These people you are inviting are top people, with lots of traits and statuses, etc?
- Are these people diseased or weak somehow? Like, have some pox or something?
