It's still working on my end. Did you try to fire the rockets while underwater? Also, there's a timer that disables their firing for a couple seconds after every click, it's meant to make the delayed sequence of the 8 rockets work smoothly. Maybe you're clicking right before breaching, engaging the timer and thus failing to fire after you're breached. Try it again and come back with feedback!
