@Dean Dingus, thanks for stepping in and explaining! You are mostly right, but the extra traits are actually based on the child's main personality (like bossy or pensive)
I'll try the mod again then.
I tried Improved Personality Formation System + New Personality Events for Children an it works great even though it's the vanilla system.
As there are event that make you lose trait without granting another one, is it possible to end childhood with no traits ? or less than three ?
On the other hand, is it possible to end with more than 3 traits ?
I only took kinda safe choices for now.
On about 10 child I educated focused on martial I never had Brave or Wriathful, but often had Shy, Generous or gregarious.
It seems a bit off.
I'll have a look into my composition tomorrow, maybe I can find something.
Thank you for your support anyways! Greatly appreciated :)
From the top of my head, maybe it is the "Quality of Life Game Rules" mod, as it has a rule for keeping the childhood trait, but I havent checked that one yet
I have some other mods installed, but they are even further "away" from what this mod touches

I will try to include some kind of a patch for this in the next mod update
