Those mods are being made by the same team and i'm 99% sure that it needs a certain code to make sure it works, but the best way to know is to test it.

But i think those skills won't work if i had to take a blind guess.
Epicguru's Combat animations are supported though, if that's something.

Ah sorry I mean to ask if they're supported because the psy-cast mod also adds other lightsabers than use different lightsaber "forms" aka fighting styles. I know the Kotor mod supports it but I was wondering if this mod did as well

It should be, this mod doesn't touch psycasts so i think it will work just fine.

Need more mods like this for both Sith, Jedi and inbetween, would love to see all of Starkillers outfits preferably his base outfit and his Sith stalker outfit.

What are the chances of making a stand alone lightsaber mod that works like the expanded persona weapons mod that ranomizes the looks of a persona weapon?

I won't be including the hilts in my mod, I was just gonna add a patch to allow yours to be selectable if their using both mods. If they don't have yours then the textures won't appear

They don't start like that, so a lot of things would have to be "rebuilt", otherwise it would lose compatibility for melee animations.

Doable, might if that's ok that would have to wait until the early next year. Holidays are starting to get busy.
I'll try to add a smaller thing in 1.1 before xmas in the meantime.

So I fielded the question to somebody who has already made their mod compatible with it and they said

"the def names needed to start with "SWSaber_" in order for the force mod to detect it as a lightsaber"

Later on can I ask you to help me find the right file name to change so that I can make it compatible myself if that's not how you started yours?

No idea, i never tried that mod, so you'll have to test it. But if it requires a compatibility patch like the melee one mod, i'd say no.
