Excellent question. There is a cockpit access at ground level on the side. If you look at the white protrusion in front of the wing, at head level, you can see a recess. That is the cockpit. You simply look at it and you will see a yellow highlight that shows the cockpit selection and click on it. It will automatically put you inside the ship and give you control of it.

At the bottom of the screen you will see a task bar. The first page is for flight control and some other necessary functions. Page two will have combat control. (nav cam, guns selection, etc). Hope this helps.

hey man i just got the game and im just wondering how i actually use the ship, like is it an automatic ship or can i fly it?

For my laptop model there are no drivers for the video card for Windows 10 to run the game after the system update. Too old...

...so upgrade. It should be free.

I have three days left to play - Windows 7 will no longer work with Steam.
