GOOD NEWS: At least it works for me but thanks to the EA 31 Update, the "actor's HP while in vehicle" bug when having opponent to opponent below 1 is gone.

looks like this mods causes explosions to damage troops inside of armored vehicles, so if you are in a tank and was hit by a missile, even though the tank could survive the hit. the explosion radius will still kill you anyways

Hero armor is automatically turned off already by this mod. It has to be for it to work.

To give a quick explanation as to why it happens, it's due to the actor damage events I hook into also fire for when the actor is in a vehicle. I have no way to currently tell if what's being damaged is the vehicle or the actor directly. Hence the HP exceeding max issue.

Vehicle damage is messed up atm, nothing I can do about it right now. It's a game issue. It'll be fixed once I'm able to.

And idk if it is the other mutators conflicting with this mutator. They and this mutator together works fine seemingly and therefore might be just this mutator messing up with itself

Idk why does it cause like this, but i was able to find it associated with this mutator. When i have enemy to player below 1 (let's say 0.33), i'm in a tank or a plane, and everytime my vehicle is damaged while i'm in it, my HP of my character itself adds up somehow pass the limit. Fixing this is being healed by Medkits.

As example, i'm in a tank and rn i have max 100 HP, my tank gets hits by an enemy tank, and now i have 150 HP of my character itself somehow. Medkits can fix it by weirdly healing me back to max 100 HP.

Oh yeah dealing with damage while in vehicles is wonky. There's no concrete way for me to tell if damage an actor takes while in a vehicle is to the vehicle itself or to the actor. So you can see where some issues will arise. I'll ask Steel about this again though. If a way for me to better differentiate those two events get added I'll definitely be fixing it.

i have the easy revive mutator on with its settings being not to add extra health when an ai is downed. it may not be an issue with your mutator after a little more testing. i just managed to get my ai to have more than max health again with damage core disabled

maybe its a weapon being scuffed/outdated, it mainly happens when i put my squadmates into a vehicle,when they get hit by explosives

seems to be broken rn, sometimes i gain health after being shot (damage is set to 0.8)
i have gotten one of my bots to have 2k hp, issue fixed after disabling damage core tho

it doesn't appear to work for me, i set enemy to ally damage to 0 and ally to enemy damage to 2 and both sides are invincible despite me only making allies invincible or i'm just not using this correctly

Can I request you to add a headshot kill switch for this mod? When I modify the damage multipliers in the mod and make them less than 1 to extend the game's TTK, I still want to be able to get a headshot with just one shot. Thank you! ^^

@Joshua Helldive, as mentioned in the comment below vehicle damage is janky due to their being no events for me to hook into for damage specifically to vehicles. The onTakeDamage event I hook into plays no matter if an actor is in a vehicle or not. I've done the best I can to minimize bugs but it's sadly very janky.

Came across a strange bug, if you're inside of a vehicle and it takes damage, you gain max health dependant on how much damage the vehicle takes. I was in a tank and after it got destroyed I ended up with like 370-ish health.

Vehicle damage isn't modifieable atm due to a lack of proper vehicle damage events.

Balance is what controls knockdown. It's a separate metric from health. If an actor goes below 0, they get ragdolled.

Would it be possible to add a box that would control whole group of parameters, so that a single input in that box would change values of all parameters of a group (in this case, groups are: "Health Damage Multipliers" and "Balance damage multipliers")?

Can confirm it was a mod conflict. Some old mods was just messing up the overall performance and when I got rid of them this mod worked flawlessly. Ladies and gentlemen, never forget to get rid off old mods, lest thou will become a dummy like I am

I noticed that if you reduce the multiplier for enemy to player damage below 1 (for example, 0.5, etc), they absolutely shred your health. I dunno if I'm stupid but I thought I'd put it out.

Otherwise, this mod works flawlessly and I'm having a blast. Cheers!

can you make it somehow to change how much damage is dealt to vehicles from player?
