update?

Citron, I do not have the issue, they all show up. If you want, you can go to your local copy of the Ancient Civ mod in the Steam Workshop directory. Go into the prescripted empires folder, and you can copy the contents of the text file in there into the user empires file in your Stellaris folder. This will add the empire as a custom empire. They will all show up, but the ones that aren't loading via the mod will be grayed out. You can then edit them to see what's missing. From there you might be able to fix the issue.

Hi I tried your playset with/without the Osiris mod's and it fixed the missing Empire issue for Human Diaspora, but it didn't fix the issue with Ancient Civilization. The same empire are missing. If you don't have this issue while running both mods than it could be an issue on my installed mods.

@Citron315, it appears a few things are going on. Please do the following and let me know if it resolves your issues:
-Unsub and resub to the dependency pack. I had a missing dependency that I've added today.
-Import the playset I've posted here. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/3036259874/4134934526947475153/
-In the above playset, I removed ExpandedModsBase.

Please let me know if these steps resolve your issues.

Citron325 happy to help. It's most likely a mod conflict or mod order issue. If you know how to export your mod list from Paradox Launcher, you can post it or DM it to me.

I am running both Ancient Civilization and Human Diaspora with their dependencies mods and a few empire are missing. I tried the mods separably, but didn't change the dependencies, this didn't change the missing empire issue for their respective mods. Here is the list of missing empire
Ancient Civilizations:
1. The Osirian Dynastic Star Empire
2. Atlantean Republic
3. Shogunate of the Three Suns
Human Diaspora:
1. Remnants of Mars

ok, I was worried not having the lost colony, and having different traits would make them read as a new species. I literally just edited them to lost colony/same traits as you described in apparently baseless fear.
Osiris  [author] 16 Jan, 2024 @ 7:42pm
When I created these, I chose Human as the base species. In game, you would see tham all as human but with different traits. If you want to modify them, you can click on any of them in the empire screen and select edit. It will them be created as a custom empire on a separate config file that you can customize as you wish. If you do this you still need to keep the mods enabled as they contain the shipset, flag and background files.

I like the idea of this mod. I d/l it, but I see all the humans have different traits which will show them as being a different base species right? I prefer to keep the traits the same - and let them branch out.

These all use my Osiris's Namelists for Stellaris mod, in fact most were inspired by that mod.

I'm not sure if the AI can pick it, but I think so. Most origins that are not AI compatible will say so.

Please note the new origins are the work of others, either from the dependencies listed or packaged in the dependencies pack I created.

This is great! are these all new name lists? and will the AI be able to pick League of Nations origins?

Mhariz see link, I will be adding a list to the dependency pack soon https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2148259818
