To install Helios, you need to find an empty rotor on the back of ship (it will be on top near antenna). Helios is consist of 2 solar panels each with its own rotor head, you need to take one array and move it, using any tug ship, to the rotor base on the Hephaestus. After that just press "attach" button in terminal on that rotor
