@VoLooN1404 You can use any mod with ironman to get achievements.

The mod is meant to make it hard so empires collapsing is bad imo. You want big enemies not for them to fall into civil wars and become weak. Rather not change the threshold for civil wars.

I agree with the change to civil war treshold from comment below

I love the mod so far. It adds much-needed difficulty to the game. The only thing I would potentially change is removing the Civil War stability buff. On impossible difficulty, it gives the AI over 200% of the Civil War threshold, which means highly stable empires. Or maybe the modifier could be adjusted instead of just fully removed. This would still allow for the AI to collapse like how empires would fall in.

Having tried a few difficulty mods each with their own shortcomings I'm really have a great campaign with this one. I like the fact that you can tailor the mod to suit your needs. I set mine to hard and with 100 years before they kicked in and I'm loving it, the immersion is excellent!

I managed to form Phoenicia from one of the Antigonid city state vassals and managed to attain regional supremacy, I turtled for 50 years or so to consolidate my gains and now I'm butting heads with the Ptolemies and every war is a back and forth gruesome grinding for a province or two at a time. 10/10 I love it.
