Don't think it's that. Remade all locations and it's working with new games now, as of 1.1e.

Still strange, either the game discarded the locations when uploading the updated script or something else was amiss. Anyway, should be working now, heh.

possibly some silent changes they've made in preparation for the modding update coming out next week?

Quite odd, had remade all the locations, tested with the addOn editor preview working just fine. However with a new game with the addOn loaded and environment modifications in place, it doesn't spawn anything.

Interesting. Just made a new save and they're indeed gone.

Looks like the game uploaded only the updated script to the workshop, ignoring the locations.
Since my savegame still had the locations spawned on the map I didn't notice them gone.
Not sure why the addOn editor saved the script only and ditched the locations.

Guess I'll need to remake all the locations...

Unless I'm a complete smooth-brain, which is possible, I cannot locate the Quick Sell locations at all. I have visited all of the locations listed above, and there is nothing. I've tried starting a new game with only QS enabled to eliminate conflicts, and still nothing.

Might add 1-2 updates to make the functionality future proof in case there will be more fish added. Weirdly enough there's an in game function that gives you all sorts of info on fish, but nothing for ores / ingots.

Took a closer look and figured it was some oddity with the naming conventions used by the game, which lead to the gold snapper having a higher ID in my imported database than what's used in game (snapper_gold). Which made everything out of order. Was quite a head scratcher to identify, heh. Should be fixed now.

Interesting, looks like there's an offset to the fish ID by 2 for both of your examples. Gonna have a look at this on the weekend. Thanks for letting me know!

It is weird that it works with crabs.
I just done another test where i captured 175 John Dory, went to a quick sell and sold 175 Halibut, i know its good for the wallet that i sell Halibut instead of John Dorys.

The save is new and i did ?reload_scripts too.

Hey, not sure what's causing it, I tested with crabs and it sold the proper ones according to the summary.
Did you try typing "?reload_scripts" without quotation marks in the chat window to refresh the addOn? Usually making a new save helps in case you were running an older save.

I have no idea if its due to a new update, but ive noticed that the fish in the hopper is not the same as the one you sell in Quick Sell Points, not sure if its on my end or whats going on.

I love this mod and its one of the mods that is always turned on in my games and i hope the issue can be fixed, kinda weird that my cargo hold turns Pollock to Pike

Not meaning to Necro this; but it doesnt appear to work for shellfish, is there an easy fix I can do for that.

For me the quicksell doesnt work, ive used multiple trawlers with 1 of the hoppers named Sell Fish but it doesnt seem to sell. the terminal is there but none of the ports take the fish. anything im doing wrong maybe? i never use nets, just hoppers as nets, the hoppers poop out the fish into the cargo hold

Try moving the fish from the net to the ships cargo hold, if the game treats the net as a different vehicle than your ship, the script won't work. Otherwise add a seat to the net (small padded seat will do) and take a seat before selling, this will register the net as valid vehicle to sell from.

oh yea,tho havent done ore mining yet,cant get a game going long enough to experiment,solo is just boring after a while,and cant really do a group career run half the time due to not enough intrest and the like,so yea

Fluids are planned next, the fluid buy/sell times are excrutiatingly slow.
