I have redownloaded the 00_All.gro file (almost all of the game's data) and resubbed after your last update.

I am pleased to inform that the map now loads correctly! Yaaaaaay!

@Muleke_Trairao I found 23 entities with the model you specified that it can't load. I have pushed out an update again and this time there are no more Window01a.mdl files. Instead i saved as to FoMV_Window01a.mdl. It now either will load the map or give out a different error. Sorry for dragging you around like this but do take your time. Thank you. If we can fix this it will only mean that others wont experience the same issue. Thank you.

@Muleke_Trairao Pushed out an update. Resubscribe. I resaved some models in that area. Let me know what kind of error it will give now. As well fixed the navigation for the building block area so now the encounter enemies wont get stuck.

@Muleke_Trairao Resubscribe to the mod. I have pushed out an update. If it crashes let me know what it says. This time if it crashes it should say FoMV_Building. If it does crash and say that then i will rework the area with different models to prevent further errors. Let me know how it goes

I tried what you told me, leaving only the map and nothing else enabled, and it still brings up the same error message.

I noticed that every time I quit the game after trying to launch the map, my game auto updates/validades itself on Steam, so I gotta wait a while before I can launch the game again. Very strange...
I tried verifying the integrity of the game files as well, but the same thing still happens after trying to launch the map.

Will wait for your next solution, thank you. If it doesn't work, I'll try reinstalling the entire game.

@Muleke_Trairao Thank you for the file. I see that the game points out an issue within main game's file model not the mod's file. I haven't modified the building that it specifies. I am running fresh install of Siberian Mayhem same as my Steam Deck and both load the mod's map fine. Try this.
Launch moddable > In the main menu click Extras then click Workshop packages. Disable everything except this mod and then restart the game in moddable. See if it loads. If not then it's beyond my knowledge on why it points out that it can't load the Russian Building model. If it still does this let me know. I may have a solution that may or may not work. Cheers.

I have never used the editor, actually. I was playing other custom maps with the required resources and they loaded just fine. This one is the only one that isn't loading. I have unsubscribed from some resources (to save drive space), which is why I think the map is not loading. I'm no expert though.

@Muleke_Trairao Hmm. Have you ever used Siberian Mayhem's Editor? Maybe you altered the files and saved it thus causing a replacement. The errors does not specify that its within the mod itself but in fact within the game itself. Other method for me to identify the error would be nice is if you sent me the SamSM_Unrestricted.All file. Launch the map, wait till it gives you the error then exit the game. Go to Steamapps > common > Siberian Mayhem > Log and new fresh file called SamSM_Unrestricted.All will be created. Send it to me via google drive or whichever method you think is best. @Baltasar Gracian Thank you for the comment. I appreciate your thought and i believe there could be fixes however. This map has pushed the engine to it's limits. AI wont work and will start breaking > AI dies out of thin air which just makes them stand still or roam the area for no reason.
You get the idea. AI is problematic now during this state. There are cut features that could make this mod shine but sadly, again limitations. I appreciate your thought. As well you do not play as Sam in this story. Which is why the speed is limited. Thank you for the comment.

Played the map halfway through, it has potential but there're quite a lot of things to be looked upon, it's in Beta stage so that can be expected I guess. I think sprinting is probably a good thing to be added since anyone hardly in the Serious Sam community cares about the story, thus, it wouldn't make any sense to limit the sprint speed of Sam just 'cause he's injured, imo. Enemies also tend to get stuck, atleast in one instance, in the fight where you get the AK-74. And I believe some other enemy variations can be added apart from the Processed as it kinda gets boring. Also there's a hole in the map as well which just is a good place to fall off the map, it's avoidable tho' but looks like a portal so players might get tempted to enter it, lol. All in all, the map has potential for sure, not being negative 'cause I hate the map, I just want it to improve and it can definitely improve. Looking forward for more updates, cheers.

Pushing this story further with the newly added Side Quests.
Added Open World segments and of course loot.
Made the balancing better so now people playing on Serious Difficulty should struggle less. Let me know if there are any further issues during this update.

@Sulphuric_Glue Thank you for the comment. Gameplay tweaks will be on the way when i get back to Siberian Mayhem's Editor. Since i am working alone at times i'm going in blind when i do gameplay related work. The model of the Abandoned Church is slightly off and it will be tweaked.
So during what i've read of the comment section is this.
1. Balancing needs work
2. Model tweaks.
3. Adjust the Second Village Assault numbers in the spawner entities.
4. Retest the whole map on Serious Difficulty instead of Normal.
The future of this project will lay in massive gameplay changes. It'll take time yes but i wont abandon this project as i am having fun with this one. All the assets are there i just need to use them. Thank you for playing and thank you for your comments. It shapes the future for this project.

- The first assault goes on a bit too long in my opinion. Just fighting processed with a pistol and knife, it starts to drag, especially on Serious because you have to cheese the AI navigation to survive.

- There is a hole in the ground on a side path, where the bunker used to be in the SIberiade map.

- The abandoned church is missing part of its model. I forget what exactly the missing part is called in the game files, it might have "icons" in its name.

I finished the map on Serious. Overall I respect your attempt to make something different in a Serious Sam level. I have a few thoughts/recommendations on it:

- It would be nice if picking up a note gave you a Netricsa message (in the dossier tab), so that you can read it again.

- Destructions should be disabled on the arches at the entrance and exit of the starting village, and on the snowmobile model before it spawns in as a real vehicle. Destroying the snowmobile before you start its "push out of shed" animation probably leads to a soft-lock situation.

Fix update has been pushed and successfully updated. Thanks to Sulphuric_Glue for reaching out and determining the issue on serious difficulty. Next time i'll know that i should test first on Serious rather than Normal difficulty. In general terribly sorry for those who did not have pleasant experience but i am willing to accept changes. Big update is on it's way as this mod is sadly still in Early Access state. Check out the Change Log for more details.

You could try making the processed spawn in through a spawner entity (with the spawn effect disabled, so it doesn't look like they're spawning) and then make three groups of processed - one closer that's for Normal and below, one further back that only spawns on Hard, and one further back than that which only spawns on Serious. This would allow you to tailor the chase for each difficulty.

I would recommend doing these through spawner entities and a script rather than spawn flags on the puppet entity, because this method could cause a crash when the processed are killed when you reach the end of chase trigger.

Enemies have increased movement speed on Serious. It's also impossible to outrun them on Hard, I had to switch to Normal to make it possible and then back up to a higher difficulty when the chase ended

@Sulphuric_Glue Really? Do they have increased speed on hardest difficulty because from my knowledge they don't catch up no matter how many time i tested. I tested on Normal Difficulty on both base game and editor itself. I recommend switching difficulties if this happens.I have no idea how serious difficulty tweaks enemy speeds, ai changes and their reactions. You need to use Shift to walk faster. If you walk all the time then yeah they will catch up. Let me know how it goes when you switch difficulties.

@Mike Uchiha In this Campaign you do not play as Sam. In This story you play as Dimitriy. Or code name for him is "MC" also known as Main Character. He is ill and can't take much. He is no soldier to run fast, handle big guns, survive harsh environments and keep on going. That's why the speed is slow. Core gameplay inspiration is taken from Cry of Fear. The Workshop's Description should give you all the answers to your questions.

@Yurka262 I see. Sorry that it did not work out. Anyways i have pushed out an update. Check it out in the Change log section. I've added a bandage and one pistol clip next to the second radio on when you investigate the note next to the tractor by the fire barrel next to the table. Resubscribe to the mod and it should update. Maybe this will help out. In general i do not know how to approach the balancing any further as anything i do it will destroy the challenge.

Balancing Update is out. Terribly sorry for those who couldn't make it till the end. I added a bandage and one pistol clip next to a radio before entering the Second Village. This will give you more ammo and more health. This way you'll be able to clear the area faster and will be able to take more hits.

@Yurka262 The difference is you can take more damage. If you find tourist not interesting you can play on Serious in Coop Mode.If you die you respawn. That's the only way i can think of.

and what difference does it make what difficulty if I am 100% caught up and killed, ok I can turn on tourist, well it's not interesting.

@Yurka262 Sorry that you're struggling. You can switch to Easy or Tourist difficulty as the map is challenging. You need to think and aim carefully. Always go for the enemy's head. Always pick hard to find ammo and keep easy to find ammo during the assault. When you run out of ammo you can easily sprint to easy laying around ammo. Hope this helps.
