This seems to be an isolated case, I'll see what I can do from here.
(You can still test your ideas, of course)

I tried what you told me, leaving only the map and nothing else enabled, and it still brings up the same error message.
I noticed that every time I quit the game after trying to launch the map, my game auto updates/validades itself on Steam, so I gotta wait a while before I can launch the game again. Very strange...
I tried verifying the integrity of the game files as well, but the same thing still happens after trying to launch the map.
Will wait for your next solution, thank you. If it doesn't work, I'll try reinstalling the entire game.
Launch moddable > In the main menu click Extras then click Workshop packages. Disable everything except this mod and then restart the game in moddable. See if it loads. If not then it's beyond my knowledge on why it points out that it can't load the Russian Building model. If it still does this let me know. I may have a solution that may or may not work. Cheers.
I have never used the editor, actually. I was playing other custom maps with the required resources and they loaded just fine. This one is the only one that isn't loading. I have unsubscribed from some resources (to save drive space), which is why I think the map is not loading. I'm no expert though.

You get the idea. AI is problematic now during this state. There are cut features that could make this mod shine but sadly, again limitations. I appreciate your thought. As well you do not play as Sam in this story. Which is why the speed is limited. Thank you for the comment.
Pushing this story further with the newly added Side Quests.
Added Open World segments and of course loot.
Made the balancing better so now people playing on Serious Difficulty should struggle less. Let me know if there are any further issues during this update.
So during what i've read of the comment section is this.
1. Balancing needs work
2. Model tweaks.
3. Adjust the Second Village Assault numbers in the spawner entities.
4. Retest the whole map on Serious Difficulty instead of Normal.
The future of this project will lay in massive gameplay changes. It'll take time yes but i wont abandon this project as i am having fun with this one. All the assets are there i just need to use them. Thank you for playing and thank you for your comments. It shapes the future for this project.
- The first assault goes on a bit too long in my opinion. Just fighting processed with a pistol and knife, it starts to drag, especially on Serious because you have to cheese the AI navigation to survive.
- There is a hole in the ground on a side path, where the bunker used to be in the SIberiade map.
- The abandoned church is missing part of its model. I forget what exactly the missing part is called in the game files, it might have "icons" in its name.
I finished the map on Serious. Overall I respect your attempt to make something different in a Serious Sam level. I have a few thoughts/recommendations on it:
- It would be nice if picking up a note gave you a Netricsa message (in the dossier tab), so that you can read it again.
- Destructions should be disabled on the arches at the entrance and exit of the starting village, and on the snowmobile model before it spawns in as a real vehicle. Destroying the snowmobile before you start its "push out of shed" animation probably leads to a soft-lock situation.
I would recommend doing these through spawner entities and a script rather than spawn flags on the puppet entity, because this method could cause a crash when the processed are killed when you reach the end of chase trigger.
