Report a translation problem
I already did that (i have the "All available from 1850" mod already), and it works perfectly.
If you want to make certain level crossings available forever, you can make a copy of the mod and put it in your local mod folder (rename it to swe_old_crossings_1 or it won't work). Then go to the folder called configuration and remove the yearTo for the level crossings that you want to be available forever :)
I'm pretty sure steam will attempt to overwrite the workshop version should you edit it directly, so that's why you'll have to make a local copy. Otherwise you can try the all available from 1850, but I haven't tested that myself so not sure if that works.
