fantastic mod

i went a bit bridge crazy on my river. has anyone figured out a way to both have bridges and let the boats pass through the bridges?

silly billy question but can I travel across the ocean to a new tile with this? I started playing after a long hiatus and settled on an island. I now realize I literally cant get off of it.. lol

It keeps giving me the error "one of your colonist will not be able to exit the ship" and refuses to let me send the caravan.

It gives me that error on my current world so I tested on an old play through and that one I could send the caravan so I thought maybe it was just a bad map tile.. I started a new play through because boats are a big part of what I'm trying to do so I tested right at he start and again on the new play through I can't send the caravan by boat.

I get he error "one of your colonist will not be able to get out" and it doesn't let me send the caravan.

Can you not use these ships on caravans? I'm doing a medieval run and made my settlement on an island, I built the "junk" ship. I set the world up with lots of coastal faction bases so I could visit them by boat but it won't let me go to them. It gives an error like no place to unload at destination.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? My base tile is a coastal tile but might be from the mod geological land forms because the tile is a little island.

There is no bug report area because this mod has no code. Any such bugs need to be reported on the Vehicle Framework

(cant find bug report area) Is there any reason in my medieval play-through that all tier 1 and 2 vehicles do not work I.E. I cannot build them and when force spawning them they break and do not work at all, and trying to remove them leaves a giant pink square of doom. the tier 0 ones do work and have no issues but that isn't what i want to use seeing how they do not have cannons

I can't tell if this is an inside joke or not but both the Cog and the Longship say "bot" in the final sentence of each of their descriptions instead of what I presume should be "but."

Can you not feed animals if they are loaded into a boat like cargo? Just loaded up a galleon with sheep and they all starved to death with months worth of food aboard.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there's no need to actually have exposed floors with VMF. There's a sort of "pocket dimension" option as well instead of directly above graphic, allowing you to keep using the same images. I could be wrong though. First time I saw this being done was seeing a VF/VMF RV mod use this feature.

No problem. Never had much of a reason to install this other than it just being decent looking ships. Would be more enticing if someone did add vmf compat seeing how you could then customize and decorate your ships while on the move like real ships. Plus some1 else might make a patch or do something similar so here's hoping. Cool mod btw

I really love this mod. Is there any change that we could get a config to change the speed of the ships? Playing a mostly Ocean/Island based colony it still takes almost half a year to caravan travel to anywhere even remotely distant. sending love
